Job Description

• Manage the integration of new suppliers into our EDI system, ensuring compliance with company standards and requirements;
• Monitor and manage the flow of EDI transactions, ensuring data accuracy and integrity;
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot any issues related to EDI transactions and connections;
• Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to resolve any issues and improve EDI processes;
• (Develop and maintain documentation for EDI processes and provide training to internal teams and suppliers - as needed);
• (Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance EDI operations – as needed).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in EDI coordination or a similar role, with a focus on supplier integration;
• Proficiency in SAP and EDI standards (e.g., EDIFACT,VDA, ANSI X12).
• Strong understanding of EDI mapping, translation;
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Experience in managing initiatives and coordinating tasks across multiple teams;
• High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality;
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with internal and external partners;
• Readiness to travel internationally (EU);
• Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., SAP EDI, EDI Specialist) are considered a plus.
