• Greet guests, interviewees, clients, colleagues and provide them with excellent customer service
• Manage access to the office premises (providing guest cards and access cards) and redirect visitors to the department/manager they are visiting
• Prepare and send correspondence in the name of the company
• Offer onsite support (management, internal departments, employees, clients/visitors, cleaning staff, providers)
• Ensure the availability of necessary supplies for the employees’ activity
• Support for in house events/meetings and visits
• Maintain constant communication and collaboration with the landlords’ representatives
• Order and organize office supplies, protocol items, needed cleaning materials, consumables
• Support with Health and Safety (SSM_SU) details

• Willing come into the office daily
• Must be friendly, well presented with great customer care and problem-solving skills, also exceptional attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
• Energetic, organized, and ready to keep up with a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Must be driven and have the qualities of a self-starter and fast learner
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Logical thinking and inclination towards analysis
• Experience in Front and back office – customer service is a plus

Things to know before departure:

• Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
• Employment contract: Unlimited
• Line of work: Consulting
• Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken English (B2-C1); German is a plus
• Flexibility & willingness to travel
• Other: a valid work permit
