Foarte dezamagita!NU training,m-au pus pe o tara dificila.M-au angajat pentru Latin America și m-au pus de proba sa operezfacturi de Bulgaria.Apoi după o luna sefele au hotărât ca mai bine sa caut inslta parte.Favoritisme la tot pasul.O companie groaznica!!@:(,ceea mai nașpa experienta.

GFK proiect o colega nesimtita, M-a jignit intr-un hal oribil!-, FOARTE URAT.PACAT CA NU AM INREGISTRAT-O.

Very good work environment, very good people, pool table, ping-pong table, darts. Lunch area with fridges and microwaves.
Promotions only based on time spent in the company, not so much based on skills.
Very poor management from the mother branch.

As in any other company there are good things and bad things.
My personal experience with Wipro started in a very positive manner as they gave the impression of a professional environment where you can state opinions, discuss and advise.
After announcing my resignation, management attitude was totally changes and all my previous work was disconsidered.
Pro
experienced colleagues, with good knowledge on the subject; good salary and compensations; positive and friendly environment
Contra
low quality of support functions, favoritism of higher management, inconsistent rules and regulations

Reports, project analysis, technical issues, meetings, fit gap documentation, fit gap calls etc.
To be organized, to be meticulous in gathering the information, to be concise when presenting the documentation/ reports.
Project management: all the information should arrive to all the team members involved and scheduled meeting must be in place.
Good team spirit and helpful colleagues.
The most enjoyable part of my job is to have wonderful results for my projects.
