Average workplace

The culture is old, there are a lot of meetings with no real progress. The bonuses are good, the work life balance is good.We have no manager since May and there was no update towards hiring a new one.A lot of changes withing the company, a lot of people leaving or changing roles.If you are a new hire and you are suitable for a better position, you will not be taken in consideration during your first year.

Problem with the sales strategy

So, I worked on selling fixed services. They buyed UPC, and litteraly did no maintenance to it's infrastructure. They expect you to sell low quality services at the highest cost in the market. They are getting crushed by Digi. The technical teams are lazzy, and often they refuse to their jobs. But, the managers and the team was amazing. I would have stayed more, if it was a real posibility of doing great in the market.

It was a good place to work, but you have to finish the target accordingly. You interract with people and develop your communication skills. It is a good place of work for begginers and also for advanced person. The salary is good if you fulfill the target.

Un loc de munca interesant, solicitant dar satisfacator pe plan personal

A fost cea mai frumoasa experienta de munca pe care am avut-o, cea care m-a facut sa ma simt implinita pe plan profesional. Am avut de infruntat multe tipuri de persoane si a trebuit sa fac fata la multe provocari, dar le-am onorat pe toate cu succes!!! Toti colegii din oras si din tara smsu fost dispusi sa ajute in orice moment, sefii ne-au stat alaturi mereu, ne-au oferit spijin atat moral cat si in ceea ce priveste serviciul. Ca si companie, Vodafone este orientata inspre client dar si inspre angajati, deci un punct in plus pentru ei.

Este un job satisfacator pt un tanar la inceput de drum.un job din care ai multe de invatat,incepand de la vanzari,interactiune cu publicul,munca in conditii relaxante versus conditii de stres.un job care te caleste,te invata sa fi ambitios si muncitor ca orice domeniu in care exista targete.per total un job pt oamenii activi si pentru cei carora le place competitia.ca minus ar fi salariul mic.

big company with nice branding, but heavy workload

The Digital department was a nice experience for me, team-wise: we were more like a family than some people who worked in the same building. The downside was having to work the equivalent of several jobs and getting paid just for one, and that at below the industry salary. Still, I feel like I learned a lot at the job and could actually recommend it to someone as a a potential career start

Remote work also accepted, Vodafone is heading to a true employer witch make work life balance better for his employees. Combining a rigid telecom business model with market needs, they succeeded to attract highly skilled specialists.

I loved working for Vodafone. I actually met my girlfriend there. The environment was dynamic, only quality people got through the first 3 months, which was great. Targets were high, but I always managed to achieve them.
