Great Job Sites, Poor Communication With Account Manager

If you work with they have great job sites but the communication with you account manager is poor. It takes them a long time to answer calls or respond to emails. So if you have issues at your job site it takes awhile to get resolved.

US Tech Solutions was awesome. I doubt I’d work for the client again. They didn’t manage things efficiently.

What is the best part of working at the company?The people were nice, professional and knowledgeable. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?There is little they can do if things get out of control at the client. They are supportive. And do what they can though. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?It wasn’t the fault of the US Tech Solutions but rather the client, there was not a good balance with the work. I felt I could not say anything about needing to attend Dr. Appointments due to how t he ey scheduled meeting over meeting all day. It definitely was not a good work/life balance. What is a typical day like for you at the company?Meetings all 8 hours and more. Some days you had time to work but most days consisted of meetings at the client. It was difficult to stay on top of your workload.

Unprofessional. They call at hours not appropriate for work. They constantly call or text to make sure you are doing the task they asked you to do without giving you time to complete it.

Medical Benefits

Medical Benefits are pretty high in cost for 1 person and or family. with food and gas transportation cost if pretty high, so i can't afford the medical insurance.

This place had great contract work. I enjoyed the varied projects and the people that I worked with. Having international coworkers was a learning experience.

Overall usefull and healthy work environment.

Fantastic experience, well coordinated and organized . Cooperative team leader and team members. For freshers this is like best learning platform, for performers this is ultimate destination to earn money.Salary on time, flexible work : sometimes remote, hybrid, onsite depends case to case. Good leave policy.Management is very supportive.

Disorganized

I got contacted by many different people asking the same questions. The reps will not assist you if you need help with your contracted position. No communication and no followup.

Great position

I was hesitant at first because the hiring process was very rushed. However I’ve never worked for a contract agency before so that may be why I felt that way. Once I was hired and started working I had very little contact with the contract company, but if I ever needed them they got back to me. I worked at a very busy Walgreens administering COVID and FLU vaccines. I love the job and I’m hoping it’s extended!!

Good place to work! They maintain consistent communication. As a contract worker, I thoroughly enjoyed my tenure and would encourage others to apply who are seeking remote positions.

I was offered a position with Paramount, but have had a lack of communication on the end of US Tech Solutions. I was also told it would be for 6+ months, but now it’s 4.

Good to be able to work at home

US Tech Solution Temp agency had minimal involvement in the job I did and the only time I had interaction was for my hours/pay and with any needed paperwork or any issue

This was a consulting contract for 19 months

Assignment was with a US Tech Solutions client at their site in Shawnee, KS. As a senior manager I required no supervision and worked autonomously but as part of a supply management team to support a change in ownership.

Pro

Easy to work with. Timely payroll, no issues.

Contra

A 1099 Contract allows for no holiday or vacation pay only if approved by the client.

I like being an employee here just because of my manager. He is a gem of a person who supports the whole team and is always there to help us in our thick and thin. The company is good but they need to work on their RnR policies, employee engagement, employee retention and the foremost grievance handling.
