Work was good, however hikes are very bad.

Low hike, work quality was good. Work was good, however hikes are very bad. Management is ok. Office campus and campus facility was nice. Work from home was given during covid period.

Absolutely no Process and Poor culture

People who join the company will have to find out a way for themselves, there will be no guidance or help. You simply feel not belonging there. The pay is very low for which you have to struggle and raise will be miserly

Current project in which I’m working has good work life balance and management helps in individuals career growth by providing technical training and sponsorship for external certifications

Nice organization

Can be better in terms of policy. Some policy are very good.Not much facility available. Can do better.Huge office but far from whitefield. WFH option is still there, so that is good part.

Worklife balance was an issue

- Worklife balance was an issue. Hence moved away from Tech Mahindra- The management of the project for which I was hired was not upto the mark- There were high expectation set for the customer which was hard to meet and lead to stress

I had fairly decent tenure with Tech Mahindra. Work was very relaxed.Never worked on weekend and never worked very late.Compensation is an issue if you stay with company for too long and don't get onsite.

On time salary.No work life balance.Teams with poor technical skills.Body shopping kind of work.No innovation.No salary hikes for existing employees.Leads needs to handle all the pressure as the members of the team are not competent enough to work.

productive and fun work place, lot of projects to work on. new technologies are used and mentoring is always provided. project change is hard as this is client based company.

This is best place for beginners! but, not for long!

Work-life balance conflicts.Won't pay as per location standard (N minus 30%) but pay more for the local hires.will need to have tough time dealing with the HR/Payroll department. (frustrating)

Culture and language barriers

Due to the culture and language barriers, it is often hard to complete assignments. They assign mandatory training assignments that have nothing to do with your position and are often spoken in bad English which makes it hard to understand.

Good company you can work peacefully manager also very friendly. but not assigned based on experience so you i ll get boring some time. some llearning site available

really blessed to work here, managers are very muxh friendly and there are constant recognision and awards, appraisal is an issue, but if you have good connections it will be great

Great People Confusing Support

I loved the people I worked with. They were engaging and professional. The frustrating part is working through all the web sites for HR or IT questions or support. The company is so large its hard to navigate where to go to get computer sign on or issue resolution help.

Frustrating New Hire On Boarding

I started with Tech Mahindra in April 2021 and my salary was good, my manager was great but the support for system set up, passwords, HR issues and timesheets was pretty frustrating. Vague instructions and very little person to person communication to resolve issues.
