Not a good place to work

Was working full time contractual, there managers were supposed to assist in finding projects, but they never put much effort forward. There is a internal job listing site you could use to find your next project, since managers did little, it was on you to find your next work. The site was down for a solid month and I was terminated because a new project could not be found, go figure. Terrible company, cares little about individuals.

Every thing will be based on the manager you worked and the project. Hikes are not so good . Work will be boring if we do support project. Good if we have some good project

Not Nice

Not Nice work culture and very toxic environment and they do fire on call.One day the hr will call you and will force you to resign out of the blue so it is not recommended to work there.

Overall good except remuneration

Salary and yearly hikes are not even par with industry. As part of the team and working 5 Years over there.They need to improve the hike % at par with the industry standards

Worst Company to work for

No projects were offered, just given 15 days to wind up and leave without severance pay. No management at all. HRs don't reach out until the last day, you keep reaching out to them for least they care about.

Everything was good for me. I loved the work culture and Management. Onboarding was smooth. Got to work on latest technology and the client too was good. Good exposure to upskill.

Good place to work,job security.proper management.work life balance.but technology stack for few of the projects is old. And good management .there is ample time to settle

Good company with sufficient work life balance.

Company is good. You can maintain work life balance. Good exposure with client. Good learning opportunities. Helping colleagues. Over all good place to work. Hikes are a bit low. But you can choose this company if you are looking for good wlb.

Fun but no direction

There aren't good projects to guide people in good direction. Rest everything is good, increments are less and hikes are very less in the company as we grow.

Some managers are always blood suckers and will not be called as managers. You should know how to tackle them. Don’t take much work but be in the good books of ur mgrs

The team and job environment in Tech Mahindra is very good. Emplaoyee engaging activities and Upskilling plays important role. There are many ijp opporthunites which will help build our career.

Senior developers don't have good knowledge. They just give you lollipop if you ask for increment or onsite opportunity. Senior developers has knowledge lesser than Fresher.

Company policies are ok.

Based upon on your project. Work culture, Work-life balance everything decided. Apart from that company is good only. I think they need to drop some toxic projects. get new projects.

Everything is good except salary hikes

It's a good company to work for experienced/fresher candidates.Tech Mahindra has University like environment with big campuses.The only negative thing is you will not get salary hike.
