Working culture was good but the management was very poor they always trying to goes you down.

Worst management. They always tried to promote the toady people They never tried to improve the knowledge base of their down-line. Fun-activity was doing by the HR SPOC on time to time.

Challenging and good place to learn new knowledge

It is a good and suitable place to whom like to take challenges and willing to learn new knowledge.Will change to permanent employee after one year based on performance.

Pro

Work from home permanently, can learn many things, feel free to communicate with management if any question(but need to depends on situation)

Contra

Short breaks limited, micromanaged, super high workload, less increment paid and no raise after two year

Good place with great incentives structure. Salary for freshers is good too only issue is with the cab services and poor BHR and management

Doesn't Pay People Correctly

I worked for tech mahindra for a year and a half in an outsourced call centre for a telecommunications service provider. During that time they continually messed up payroll, money in the hundreds of pounds would be missing and it would take months for money to be reimbursed. Sometimes you would be sent the money for it to be taken out again the next payroll in an accounting error, the problem then starting all over again. This happened to more or less everybody who worked there repeatedly, it's the only place I've ever worked where payday was a something that people dreaded. I know several people who have been to a tribunal with them regarding this issue, however it was never resolved in the long term when I was there. I met a lot of good people but the company is genuinely kind of dodgy and the payroll issue was typical of how the company operated in every way. I learnt a lot and have managed to use the experience to get something better but I would warn anybody about working for this company as the constant pay issues can be very stressful.

On a global scale, food we eat, the languages we speak.The hardest part of job probaly effective balancing act I had to learn how to play in order to successfully work .Collaboration, I love my job because everyone shares the same vision and is dedicated to the mission.Work life balance. I love that I have a great degree of control and freedom with my job.

Para Voice: Entrenamiento limitado a un libro de aprendizaje. Supervisores muy al tanto de las metricas y tiempos. En general hay un buen amibiente de trabajo, sin embargo pocas oportunidades de crecimiento debido a perferitismos. Poor working environment

People working there are not professional. They kick you out any time they feel like during the non peak seasons. Peaks are very stressful because of the amount of customer .

Not a great company to work in

Nothing great to say about the company and the work culture. Appraisals are also not so great. The work-life balance is very poor. Normally the day is packed and there is hardly any breathing and learning time.

What is the best part of working at the company?Great pay and benefits. There is a lot of demands on training requirements that I found were difficult to understand. It is okay, but it was difficult to do the new job for the client and do all the required training for Tech Mahindra. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?The project I worked under was not managed well. They took no feedback at all. I felt the end client was not being taken care of and I tried to remedy the situation but project management did not work along or take my sincere feedback. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Very progressive and positive. If you're lucky to get under a good project manager.

It was my first job so according to that it was overall a good experience. Seniors were supportive and some were arrogant too.. It's just as like wherver you go you will find some good people & some bad too..

Okay to work. Not so good with the bonus part or any other perks that a company provides but a secured place to work. Forget about hike process. No work-life balance

Horrible experience with this company, management's never take stands for their employees.

Worst experience ever., I have learned many things from this organisation, like, you should always be ready with the plan B if you are working with techmahindra management.HR department was so horrible, HR department should not have partial about their employees but, If you want to see the partiality go and join techmahindra.

Nothing was free, even HR use to ask for money to forward the resume.
