I had very good experience working for this company as it was very balanced working environment and fairly pay structure with benefits ill go back if they get a project where i am.

Toxic Place to work

Work only if you want to earn money otherwise the company policies, and management is very bad. The management is only concerned about meeting their targets anyhow and will not take care of their employees, The resignation policy of Tech Mahindra is very bad and the HR also doesn't know about the policies, While submitting my resignation I was informed that I would receive the resignation acceptance email by HR but after a few days when I mailed the HR they responded back by saying that we don't provide the acceptance email for one -day resignation which is against the government norms and rules,

No pagan en tiempo y forma

El desglose de los pagos nunca es claro, nunca sabes exactamente cuánto recibes ni por qué, por lo tanto nunca sabes qué se te está pagando. Para cuándo te percatas, seguramente no se reportaron los días trabajados, descansos, bonos, etc. y es muy fácil que estés recibiendo menos. Puedes hacer la aclaración pero eso lleva 15 días de resolución y no te garantizan que se te pague lo que te deben. En el caso de las horas extras es lo mismo, su sistema está manipulado para las métricas y no hay manera de comprobarlo. Actualmente tienen 85 quejas en Profedet por estas situaciones. El staff a cargo raramente está calificado para tener gente a cargo y todo se basa en chismes.

What is the best part of working at the company?Working with great people. Rest is working with developers and addressing application issues.

good starting job

Besides working with a fantastic group of people I really hated working here. No room for progression and not much help provided by higher ups when any issues arose.

Lack of organisational structure, lots of favouritism, lack of progression. Promised incentives which are withdrawn after they are earned, can’t seem to get anyone’s wages right. HR team hide away and do not respond to emails

Great Working environment

I was working from home still feel like i have TL's, SME's to support me everytime i need. Its very easy to work if we work in a team.... Tech Mahindra is an best example of team work.

TechM is a excellent place to work and good place to build your professional life. And ofcourse there will be some negatives but if you do your duties correctly everything will comes to you.

Absolutely no Process and Poor culture

People who join the company will have to find out a way for themselves, there will be no guidance or help. You simply feel not belonging there. The pay is very low for which you have to struggle and raise will be miserly

No right or wrong answers. Very long hours of work. Very early start , mentally draining. Very confusing culture, feeling used. Minor abuses very bad people management. Feel very exposed to Google and Microsoft...

What a worst company I ever worked with.

What a worst company I have ever been worked on it.No management No HR Even no one is there listen to you. They don't know how behave with employees...they all the screming scolding and shouting. I spend one & half month there that was nightmare for me.....worst worst worst company ever....😡

Great if you starting of your career

Great company if you starting out your career in the tech industry. Once you get enough experience and exposure find other opportunities from other companies for growth. Management needs to change as they dont care much about your overall performance , no performance review was done ever since i started working there. Room for improvement : Management and HR

Test Lead at Tech Mahindra.

Good company. Bad pto policy, just 2 weeks paid and 2 sick days ( total 12). No annual appraisals or performance bonus. You would be stuck on the same package forever. Work environment is chill.

It's a really nice company to work for.I work fully remote and therefore I am able to manage my time and save on travel cost.i would highly recommend
