I had very good experience working for this company as it was very balanced working environment and fairly pay structure with benefits ill go back if they get a project where i am.

Learning Depends on the project you are recruited for or placed in.Fresher bench periods were too long. Can do a better job incentivising current employees.

Good company for life settle with minimal salary and no layoffs.. since we have lot of project you have lot of opportunities.. Con: common memes where every tease you have to stay long hours whether u working or not.. if not they feels u r not working it depends on team

Good place to work...have to be very vigilant enough for what you do while working...the more focus you are the more you earn incentives...you just have to be good with whatever you do.

Work life balance good.Pay is very low.It completely depends on clients and project.Hike is very low.They suspend hike .I did not get my hike for almost a year

One of the worst places to work

I learned how to deal with a lot of egos...If you get promoted they only pay 5% - 10% more, but increase the responsibilities 200%

Toxic Place to work

Work only if you want to earn money otherwise the company policies, and management is very bad. The management is only concerned about meeting their targets anyhow and will not take care of their employees, The resignation policy of Tech Mahindra is very bad and the HR also doesn't know about the policies, While submitting my resignation I was informed that I would receive the resignation acceptance email by HR but after a few days when I mailed the HR they responded back by saying that we don't provide the acceptance email for one -day resignation which is against the government norms and rules,

No pagan en tiempo y forma

El desglose de los pagos nunca es claro, nunca sabes exactamente cuánto recibes ni por qué, por lo tanto nunca sabes qué se te está pagando. Para cuándo te percatas, seguramente no se reportaron los días trabajados, descansos, bonos, etc. y es muy fácil que estés recibiendo menos. Puedes hacer la aclaración pero eso lleva 15 días de resolución y no te garantizan que se te pague lo que te deben. En el caso de las horas extras es lo mismo, su sistema está manipulado para las métricas y no hay manera de comprobarlo. Actualmente tienen 85 quejas en Profedet por estas situaciones. El staff a cargo raramente está calificado para tener gente a cargo y todo se basa en chismes.

Nice great for newbies like me sometimes delay payroll but all in all no companies is perfect so for me it's average. You can learn a lot of things and worth the time

Besides working with a fantastic group of people I really hated working here. No room for progression and not much help provided by higher ups when any issues arose.

Lack of organisational structure, lots of favouritism, lack of progression. Promised incentives which are withdrawn after they are earned, can’t seem to get anyone’s wages right. HR team hide away and do not respond to emails

Great Working environment

I was working from home still feel like i have TL's, SME's to support me everytime i need. Its very easy to work if we work in a team.... Tech Mahindra is an best example of team work.
