I had very good experience working for this company as it was very balanced working environment and fairly pay structure with benefits ill go back if they get a project where i am.

Bad Compensantion

likes to give and take back the compensation given. and that's what I experienced, it seemed like I was giving a lot of compensation but in fact it was taken back the following month so that this month I only got 5% of the salary I should have received. I really hope the finance team can improve it. you are very bad.where I have to cover family expenses but you play with my salary, will you be responsible? not right?really annoying

Realmente hacen bien su trabajo y el pago es por hora, correspondiente por ley y las horas extras son muy bien respetadas y pagadas. Tienen algunas prestaciones adicionales pero es necesario hablar con RH para eso. Sin quejas en general es un trabajo para mediano plazo.

Very immature place to work

Tech Mahindra is generally an ok place to work if you want to learn the basics, the staff are mostly young and very immature and get away with calling in sick and being late without consequence, at best it’s very chaotic. Pay issues are a big problem and the company have stopped the monthly bonus’s that the more mature, reliable people relied on! I won’t be going in to another call centre setting as this company has really put me off working this type of roll again….

Worst job ever

What is the best part of working at the company?NothingThere was incredible pressure from the moment you started on the phones with no real support and supervisors and management would manipulate and guilt trip you into poring your hart into the job with no gratitude. Not the best employer but they have specialised customers within Telco who are having a good recurring revenue. Work culture is highly political and leader centric

Fresher friendly job. Decent platform to start career.

Seniors are very supportive. Work culture is nice. Salary is moderate. However, Tech Mahindra is a really nice platform to start a career. The seniors including trainer, Team Leaders are very helpful and cooperative. Overall a nice experience as a fresher.

There are a lot of projects so job security will be there, but you often feel that you are underpaid and language politics are all around. Work culture is old school

Productive, professional, great management.

Day starts with busy schedule.Nice security adherences and Compliance.Timely pay outs.Good management.Payscales are slightly lower in ITES industry.There are great growth opportunities as long as metrics are met.

Team was wonderful to work with however payroll seems to be a constant problem

This is an enjoyable company to work for, the team is awesome at pulling together and getting the work assigned to them done. I’ve been working here for quite some time through many management changes and transitions and enjoyed not only the people I worked with but the in office activities that took place before we went to work from home when Covid hit. Other than the consistent issues with payroll it is a good company to work for however the payroll issues themselves are consistent. Each payroll something is wrong for multiple people and it takes longer than it should to fix these issues. People work for the income not to be paid for half of what they work for and than in turn are taxed double for the next pay as it increases the look of the earnings for that period.

It’s a job to keep you alive.

What is the best part of working at the company?Working from home and extra quiet as you are dealing with clients on live chat instead of on the phone.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Severely underpaid, not enough incentives, you have to do shift work (anytime between 7am and 12am midnight) and work holidays. Also, the system tools and software are 20 years out of date, finicky and can give problems anytime you turn your computer to log in and log off.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Decent, somewhat helpful, but slow-responding.What is a typical day like for you at the company?Boring, monotonous and lonely.

Compensation was really only positive besides coworkers

Sitting at your desk with barely any breaks and if u did have to use the bathroom, you were made to feel u had to rush. Worked your butt off. On call hours were extreme and could be working all night if needed. Not much consideration for time off the following day and just because you Worked more, doesn't mean you can flex your time.They had a change of management which made it all go down the tubes.

Worst company to work

Shift timing changed every week. Unqualified team leaders and managers. Behave with employees like a prisoner, forced to work on week offs, hard to take daily breaks, forced to do extra login hours of 30 to 45 min daily basis. Team leader marks random LOPs if you argue with them for your basic rights. Worst management.
