Demandante, remuneración desbalanceada

Hay mucha rotación de personal y seguido tienes que cubrir personas que renuncian, Siempre hay una carga de trabajo muy pesada, por salarios muy dispares por ejemplo 2 personas hacen lo mismo y una gana mucho menos que la otra. Los de nóminas siempre se equivocan y nunca sabes cuanto te va a llegar en la quincena. Las oficinas Con alfombra, tocó la plaga de Chinches.

Worklife balance is not great

Long days and No worklife balance. Managers should move from native mentality. Could be better with remote working and better pay scale in comparison with competitors

You will get work life balance and help pay for certifications

some days are longlearned new things but some of it feels like starting over collegeall depends who you get for management.i dont see that much of work culture.the hardest part of the job that it feels like sink or swim.

Learning opportunities are good for freshers,not after you have basic knowledge. Pay is less as compared to other companies and yearly increment is next to neglizible.

Secure Job, Poorly Managed, Struggle with Appraisal

My experience with TCS was mainly positive. You get assigned a project for a client but for me, the manager assigned on TCS end had no idea what I was doing and despite having a good record, I was always given very poor appraisal rating. In spite of my client manager’s good verbal opinion of me during our meetings. So, Management was pretty poor. Else, it was pretty secure job, good amount of responsibilities

Could Have Been Perfect

Working remotely for TCS was incredible. I learned about many new technologies, and learned more about technologies that I already had some experience with. These technologies included Java, Spring Boot, SQL, and more. Management was helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding. The culture was one that highly emphasized career growth and lifelong learning. The hardest part of the job was actually when I had to resign. My mother became disabled during my TCS training. This meant that I had to begin acting as a caregiver, so I was unable to relocate. Initially, TCS said it was no problem - they would find me a remote role. However, after approximately one month of silence, they asked me to resign. The most enjoyable part? Quite frankly - everything else. Best job I've ever had. Despite the sour ending, I would highly recommend working for TCS. I would accept a remote role working there in a heartbeat.

Never ever try to get into this company, especially KSA entity.

Not good for fresher

This is not place where you will get good compensation and promotion is also not being done on time. People who is in this company since long they are almost not updated with new technologies.I would advise one should join tcs at last when you want to relax and not do work.

Good place to work, if you are working on good projects.

You get many benefits like learning platform access to upskill.Cons - No growth in support projects, application maintenance.Senior management is toxic in some departments.However, every company has its pros and cons. Make sure to dedicate yourself to the job, not for the company.

Good place to work.

Good place to work. Some of the tasks can be difficult but good training was providied. I was supported with a good team and in it, a great mentor who helped.

They are way behind the market trend on technology, salary, work culture etc. only good thing I can see is long term projects. Tcs have lot of long term projects which will help associates to settle in and be there for long provided if they are ok with less hike and salary.
