Contracted site was great, However, clear communication with the contracting company was tiresome and almost non-existent.

What is the best part of working at the company?The hours if you are contracted.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Failure to negotiate Clear contract terms including hours able to be worked and Policies regarding full time hiring after completion of contractWhat is the work environment and culture like at the company?This is non-applicable as I did not work with the company. They were just a contractor the sight i was placed up was great. However, due to oversight in the contract, it created problems for full-time employment.What is a typical day like for you at the company?Twelve hour shifts five days a week graveyards

Fun environment

Fast paced , culturally sound but terrible screening process

There were 4-5 rounds of interviews with HR, OPS, Trainer, higher management, and at each level the same question about "any plans for marriage" and diplomatic related questions were asked repeatedly. we all understand why there are such questions but management needs to know that the end of the day skills and conviction matters - not personal situation or marital status of people. the company has many programs even during WFH they managed to arrange such regularly and I always participated. Interview was a horrible experience , i know i did perform well and got hired but those personal questions were not right and should have not been there!

There are a lot of documents to read and sign. What is a typical day like for you at the company?As a contract employee at a major insurance corporation, a typical day for me is registering members for benefits, provide educational materials, and advocacy.

Diverse workplace

Spectraforce is a great place to work and I will give you my two cents on why. I would talk about what the company can offer so you have the correct expectation setting. You will work in a diverse team in a diverse environment, you will have the choice of working from home. You will also have the option of getting very high incentives if you are a good performer. The training and development initiatives are also a big boost.

decent people

This is an agency that helped me get into a temp lab position. The staff were polite, kind and willing to help in any way they could. If I had a question, I received an answer in a timely manner.

The work place is fun and everyone is treated nice

Everything went well this by far is best company I’ve ever worked with Everyone is nice and they treat everyone the same. The company is very helpful they always reach out to see if you need assistance their just a phone call away.

The management and HR and senior employees are very helpful.

Great work culture.Good work life balance.Great colleagues.The process is exciting and never boring.They keep check on our mental health as well.The managers are very supportive and understanding.

Easy hiring process

I applied to a position with Spectraforce and was contacted by a recruiter for another position making more money. The process was easy, only had a screening, background check, drug test and employment verification. Was hired and I love the company I work for.

Not recommended

The company doesn’t care about their employees, no growth, no promotion, no raises. They just want you to work at same position with same pay rate for your entire lifetime.

Once the contract ends they will try to place you somewhere else. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?The whole process of looking for and getting a job is stressful by itself. What is a typical day like for you at the company?It's a staffing agency so you don't actually work there.
