My pay rate is decent, facility is decent also. They’ve been very open and honest with me about the contract. I got the days I needed off, off. My recruiters answer within a timely manner

They continue to contact you with "employment" even when you ask them to stop.

They continue to contact you with "employment" even when you ask them to stop. They do not listen even when blocked. They are insistent and will not leave you alone. Calling from different numbers.

Zero leadership or job security

Do not work here. The CEO fires groups of people every Friday. It doesn't matter what your performance is. You will work under fear of being let go every day with no severance or warning. They have no leadership or structured training. Worst mistake in my career was coming to work for that narcissist.

Laid back, clean enviorment

I don't advise no one to got to work with this company,I was told I was going to get my pay check Friday, lol who gets paid after a holiday when the company was closed for the holiday, Wednesday, Thursday And Friday, gave them my info for Direct deposit and still haven't seen it, bet they got there pay, the management is unprofessional and has no dignity. Beware,

Great company to work for as a contractor.

They called me after Covid hit to ask me to work from home until further notice. Great recruiter! Any and alll issues I had were immediately addressed. I would recommend anyone to work for them.

Good company, very understanding. Work balance. You’re able to actually have a life outside of work. Sometimes we’re short staffed but we figure it out.

Attendance and overtime bonuses are promised but not paid.

They took California taxes out of my first paycheck even though I am employed in Minnesota. I had to fight hard to get them to correct this error. I was promised bonuses for attendance and overtime but do not receive them and when I request them they ignore my e-mails.

Stay away,unfair,uncaring,worst company I ever worked for

Worst company I ever worked for,management is uncaring about there employees and watch your pay they will cheat you. Not a good contract company......

High turnover. Not clear Strategic plan.

Good pay. Work remote. Open territory across US minus other reps accounts. High turnover. Never a clear Strategic plan. Focus and direction of job changes regularly. Demotivating environment.

There are very quit at answering questions

I never had a problem with them answering my question about anything. There were straight forward from the beginning and it never stop. Much love to this company.

I like a work over there also learn lots of stuff like time management,also look and handle work when do the arrange whole market inventory for the cell site it was fun again it was nice and fun work

Ok place to work

Its an ok place to work. I worked for softpath threw abbott vascular in temecula CA. They dont bug you and let you work but communication here sucks. Takes them weeks to get back for any reason. Information they often give you is wrong or outdated. Very frustrating trying to get things done with them because they are located in Georgia and where I work is in california.

Fun place to work

Didn't care for the hours long day and nights didn't care for the rotating shifts couldn't talk to anyone because the agency was out of town everytime u would call if you needed something it took at least a week to get a response

This company is a typical Indian staffing company. Average in work but great at making people work for their pay. I don't have anything bad or good to say.

Great recruiting company and they negotiate with client for you.

Great recruiting company and they will negotiate with client for you. From the moment you sign the contract to the moment the contract finishes you never hear back from the hiring managers. If your work contract get's terminated earlier, they don't give you heads up ahead of time to start looking for a newer work contract. They keep you in the dark until the last minute.

I enjoyed my assignment but the work isn't consistent and pay is low

Softpath is a Staffing Company I was a contractor at Siemens. I worked 9-5 and worked in very supportive work environment. I had an assignment to do and I was trusted to be left to do it and praised for my work. Management was exceptional. I learned a new office tool, the pay was too low and the most enjoyable part of the job was the people

Company is vendor for defence and many private companies working in Mechanical and aerospace sector. they source people under them for CAD designing, this company gives opertunity to enhance the skills of the workers by interacting with defence organisations
