Stay far away from this company

This place is like the blind leading the blind. No training, breaks labor laws, people in positions that they aren't qualified for, etc. I can't believe this company is allowed to continue to operate. Any true professional will want to stay away from this company.

Pyramid is a good company who takes care of its employees pretty well. A nice work life balance. The management at Pyramid is very supportive. I recommend Pyramid to everyone.

A descent consulting company that keeps up the promises, satisfies legal requirements. Has processes in place; salary credited on time, payslips and insurance. Has a dedicated Consultant Care HR who is available to reach out with any questions. Visa processing needs more maturity. Employee's situation as to be assessed and more support has to be given by the company.

On time pay, benefits as promised, everything is handled in system

No 401k match, Visa filling process needs more maturity, policy exceptions are not taken even considering employees situation

Great place to work

I have been with the company for about a month and a half, but so far it seems like a great place to work. The benefits are very strong and the pay is very competitive. They seems to be very engaged with their clients. I am given the freedom to manage my projects the way I need to, but still have the support of a great organization behind me. Very happy so far!

The company benefits for a contractor are not bad considering other places. It is very helpful and had made a difference to my personal bottom line (financially). However, other opportunities and raises have been a challenge. But most of all, its just been the leadership (ugh).

I've enjoyed working with Priyanka as she was very knowledgeable and expedient on her responses. I enjoyed my tenure with Pyramid and would suggest them to friends and family.

Great Employment With Limited Initial Expenses Covered

This company is very good at matching employers with qualified employees. Always on time with your pay check and benefits. The only problem that I have experienced is the initial up front cost of making sure their employees have travel and hotel cost covered. Most of the people hired cannot afford these expenses if they have been out of work for a long period of time. Plus Pyramid will be re-inbursed once their employee starts working. Other companies cover all initial start-up expenses.
