It was an excellence experience.

What is the best part of working at the company?They were very professional. They have a great group of people to help you get setup in their system. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?It was not stressful at all. I did not experience anything that would cause me any stree.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?It was an excellent place to work.What is a typical day like for you at the company?I handled transportation claim for the client company, Nationwide Insurance. Duties includes coverage analysis, investigations, liability evaluations, bodily injury evaluation and settlement of bodily injury claims with injured parties or their attorneys.

No Bed of Roses

The company pays decent but you will not get any holiday pay and they pay in such a way that doesn't even seem like two weeks, sick time and time off is frowned upon they want you missing no time for 90 days emergency or not.

They pay decent the recruiters are a little to pushy but I did get the job the job was work from home and it was easy I got all my equipment sent to me directly to my home and was able to start on time

They plays with your career, mentally harrass you, threaten you. Nope

Clock in … do your job…. Clock out Don’t expect support or advice. Get your paycheck and move on when you’re ready. If you get sick and have a doctors note, they will fire you. No questions or alternatives. They simply ask for the equipment back and say your project has ended with instructions on how to return the equipment.

Complex when dealing with providers

It’s ok. Just like any other temporary job. Had to wait a month to get paid. Benefits offered. I declined. If your looking for temp work I would recommend

Multimillion dollar company not good to employees

No training, no work life balance. They give you a very hard time getting time off to take care of a sick loved one. Not family oriented. Only worries about money.

Very good company, greate values. Flexible working hours and good hikes and good leadership. They top most priority to employees. Easy to reach top level leaders.

Worst company to work for. You will lose yourself, friends and family. You will make your goals then they will require more and more from you. Long hours. No communication. The managers are a joke

Quick respond and nice communication

Pyramid POC has a really fast responding speed and also explain everything very clearly. The overall experience from the very beginning (onboarding) is satisficing.

No mico managing at all. Always learning something new about the company. Benefits are good and 401k is available as well. Great people always willing to help you.

Appropriate job placement and follow-up.

It was a swift process getting placed on a project and my CCA and recruiter follow-up with me quiet often to ensure i was happy with the project and i had everything i needed.
