This is my first organization. Learnt a lot about corporate world. Great place to work. Helping managers, HR, IT, Ops etc. However, felt irritation of micro management and low pay.

Good work life balance, job security and average salary. Mostly work on old technologies/tools. Salary hike could be better. Overall a good company..

A good place to work

Joined EDS in 2008, which was an American company and the best place I have worked at, ever, with amazing learning opportunities.Mphasis was taken over by EDS, later, in India, EDS was renamed Mphasis, which was then taken over by HP, and then came the firings. I was one of the employees to bear the brunt.Overall, it was a great place and a great time to work at EDS/Mphasis.Still miss the good old days.

FIne company, not so great

My experience at mphasis has been kind of mixed, not so great company when it comes to tech but workload is less so you are not stressed. I would not recommend this place for freshers but people willing to settle and have calm life can give it a shot.

Good expierience

The company is overall very good and it does give you all the perks of working in an mnc.But there could be some personal egositic issues happening here for sure which I have observered,Which has nothing to do with the company.

Good Work environment and have work life balance

This is the place, started my career as a Fresher and learned new things.Guidance and supporting from my seniors and peers make more comfort.Ecosystem between the employees and leaders is great and free to talk and share the thoughts with all team.Work timings are flexible with higher productivity.

Average services company

Bench policy is drawback. 2 months full pay, 2 months half pay and next is no pay. Client work can involve night shifts, no weekends etc which get to the nerve. Job security is not there. Please avoid this company if you feel worthy of better opportunities.

Very Good but not Great

A company which encourages its employees to learn more. Very flexible on work hours but still it depends on the project you work on. Managers are good but you don't get opportunity to work on new Tech easily. Most of the co-workers that I know are comfortable working here. Not really a pay master but they definitely match you with the market.

What is the best part of working at the company?I love the job and payWhat is the most stressful part about working at the company?Not being trained properly so taking calls and trying to help the customers properly can be challenging.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?WFH so hard to tell. they played virtual games the week leading up to Christmas which was decent of them.What is a typical day like for you at the company?Taking calls and chats as they come in. Trying not to mess up in any areas of the job, meetings with management or account manager training meetings

fun to work in mphasis and fixed working hours for support team.

Its good place for everyone to work and management was very good. We can learn lot of technologies by the experience and training they give. They understand employee concern and gives wfh as per the employee wish. If i get chance to work again in mphasis i am ready to join.

Very bad

1. Not an interesting company to work with managers and staff won't respond to your emails or messages.2. Working place culture is very dominated by inner management they won't allow outsiders to come inside the teams mainly managers and hiring managers & HRs.3. Hardworking talent will not be encouraged until you are a puppet in hands of the team lead. I want to include names but its better say as it is.

I was only there for a short time but it was a good place to work. Good communication. Good training. I learned a lot. Good benefits and overtime was good.

Productive and fun workplace

Company is good for fresher to learn lot of things. Flexible time for Healthcare process.2 or 3 event in a month in mphasis. Canteen is very hygienic.

I love working with mphasis, very kind and supportive people always there to achieve my work pressure. Iam able to learn more and welcoming new tasks so that it will be great challenging in life, to face any situation at work.
