Good Place to Start IT Career

I will recommend Mphasis to Join as a fresher, you will get very good learning experience in different technologies.You will be interacting with different vendors , customers (some time as you are fresher). Teammates good ,some people are very knowledgeable ( Depends upon the Project)But overall will get good learning experience.Cons : I fyou are really working then workloads will be high on , though you will get some additional benefits, very less people to help if you stuck somewhere (Depends upon project). Very difficult to find good resource in team.

Professional environment

This employer was nice to work for and I was really well trained. The con I had about employer is there lay off procedures no notice just walked in a room and let go. The procedure is very unprofessional. I know in Banking contacts end, but the way they treat there employees at the end of contract is terrible especially, because I never signed a contract or knew my end date. I would not recommend this company.

Unprofessional

I you are looking for a professional company to work at this is not it. Just run and don't look back. The pay is horrible. Especially, for all of the duties that they expect you do.

Very terrible experience compared to other corporate companies, the work load is big but the pay out will not be sane a said at the time of joining, be careful.

Supportive and friendly work culture. Many new projects are live with latest technology. It gives you options for so many training available as webinar as well as class room which you can attend.

Not a good company

Not recommend for experience person. Completely unorganised and they don’t know how to utilities there source. They itself don’t know the client requirements and they treat experience employee like fresher

Healthy environment

My journey was hilarious and trainees for my uk process was helpful, kind and supportive. HR management were fantastic in order to have the employee engagement program as they always have some or the other party plans, or competitions to encourage the employees. The safety of the employees are well being cared; their expertise with the technology used in transport or employee entry and exits are on spot. The best part is that your effort, energy gets noticed and that is what one work for. Mphasis do not believe in drama and makes everything easy and possible for the employee to enjoy the personal and professional life both.

Very bad management, too much of micromanagement

I cannot speak for all managers or accounts but overall from my experience everyone working in my team was miserable and overloaded with work. I did not get a single promotion or no significant increment in almost 4 years. Trust me you don't want to join this until and unless you don't have any other option. I left a detailed review for HR survey while leaving nobody cared to contact, do you want to work in a company who just cares about the profit nothing else.

1. HR does not care at all, 2. Too much of micromanagement, 3. nobody can touch higher management even if you complain, 4. No increments at all however good you're, 5. Constant work pressure if you say no they will question about your job security, 6. There is no work life balance or policies that helps you.

Clients are cool but the internal counterparts sitting abroad misleads both the team and clients to be in limelight. Harassing culture with zero to 40% variable pay in last quarter and 0% in previous 2 quarters. Hike? Are you kidding?

No opportunities to learn anything, very boring work and a huge workload. No social events, no events at all, the salary is so-so, very bad communication chain

Great starter job

Great job but was laid off because of the ecomony. Many people have not gotten passed onboarding. I think management should be more transparent about whats going on.

Good Company, Go for it, if you are interested in support or testing domain overall good management and ok environment with lots of experienced employees.

Its okay, not so great

It has improper hike cycle and you will not get any hike if you join. Unskilled collegues and no proper management of teams. Dont have more projects no growth. But if you joined for more salary then you get the benefit of money.

A wonderful pace to work. It was good work environment and management. HR is highly supportive. Lot of opportunity for career growth.They value employees.
