One of the worst place to work

No appraisal for last 4 years and no growth.. No internal movement as well. If your want to grow and learn don't join mphasis..Nothing good at mphasis.. They just hire the people no planning every manager's leaving with in 6months.. Lack of communication from leader

Good workplace to work for a relaxed mind and to learn

Learning is needed to survive here as it's a big mnc and experience varies on the basis of team and project.There are strict working hours but if you complete your tasks - managers are friendly to let you go.the deadlines are quite strict which needs to be completed in time

It's good enough.

Work in mphasis is my first priority because my first workplace is this.i like whatever mphasis giving me and I am satisfied with it as fresher they treat us well and designed .

Productive Workplace

Best for freshers to learn and grow their skills. There is an absolutely chance to learn multiple skills on their learning platform and that is pretty good.But, the main problem is the salary hike, compare to the market is very low.

Last days of client project before project completion itself they will start go back to India if you are in onsite.They do not care how you you manage work and plan to go back they keep on pressurising.Atleast they have to wait until completion of project then ask employee for travel plan Instead of this they keep on pressurising employee need to plan to go back. I will not recommend this company.Work life balance stressful

Salary is very less, work life balance is good and the environment is good. But, Here the major issue is there are no projects in this company. Mphasis is completely dependent on clients only.

I worked for client location. These people never communicate with me on anything. Also never paused my variable pay but they never informed me. All these things we need to find and ask.No bonus, No hike

Pésima empresa, evita aplicar a cualquier puesto.

Pésima empresa de outsourcing. Fue toda una experiencia negativa. Salarios muy bajos, politicas que afectan a los empleados, poco interés de los supervisores, no pagan utilidades (siempre están en números negativos o eso dicen ellos). Creo ya quebró en Guadalajara y si no, no creo que duren mucho.
