The people are nice but compensation isn’t great

The people are nice and some managers care about their teams. But the compensation is terrible and not much work/life balance. They care about your well being.

Lies all lies

There isn’t enough room to write about this toxic place. The training was a joke and covered nothing that they hired us to do. Basically we were told to do our best and keep them happy. Basically lie to them.

Easy Job

Great place to work. Good hiring agency and they care about you and what you have going on with your life as well. They moved very fast getting me a great paying job.

Mindlance Representatives are very through, their background are quite extensive with their investigative stipulations and guidelines. It took almost month for them to get everything in place. The employees affiliated with then we’re always professional and had willingness to help at any given moment. I appreciate the experience I received from them. They assisted in assuring and securing a contract with Anthem

Slow , unresponsive

Mindlance was unengaged, uninformed, slow to respond . We didn’t know the job was ending. They said I was lucky to be working during COVID. The rep was always late responding are calling while I was working.

Not too bad

You get placed easily but their communication with you is lack luster. It’s very hard to get in contact with them. The pay wasn’t bad and the schedule was good.

This company is growing.

I enjoyed my short time there and would expect any new hire to find this place to be beyond pleasant and professional. They constantly had new offers for new opportunities.

Bad experience

Mindlance guys give wrong commitments about working hours. Be very careful in dealing with them. They told that I will get minimum 40 hours per week at Zebra, but I only get 6 hours per week.

Continuing Contract

Mindlance set me up as a contractor working a temp to hire position. I started with them in November of 2017. It is now the 1st of November 2018 and I still have not been hired on by the company I have been assigned to. I have also just found out that my contract has been extended again until sometime in 2019. The pay is good, but no benefits. This means I do not have vacation, sickleave, medical, dental, 401K, or a flexible spending account card.

Very kind, helpful and understanding

It was very nice to work for them; they were two thousand miles away, and they trusted me with my work ethic. I loved the zero drama, zero abuse. One day I was not able to go to work and was not able to reach my supervisor; so I had to call her supervisor instead. He was very kind and understanding, he told me not to worry and to call him the next morning if I was still not feeling well. I hope ALL the people that I work for was as nice as that supervisor. I got some rest and went to work the next day. They use to pay my mileage, and they were always on time with my paycheck. Truly the nicest Temp agency I ever worked for, and after eight months I was permanently employed by the company that I was placed at.

Very productive and professional environment

The typical day answering a lot of phone calls assisting clients with whatever assistance that they needed. In keeping with HIPPA laws having the client verify their personal information. Letting the client know that whatever they are in need of for them to feel satisfied that it will get done in an acquired time and for them not to feel that their not getting what they called for. If for any reason that unable to attend to their request they will receive a call back within a 24 hour time period .

Great Company to work for

This was a temporary job.I enjoyed working with my recruiters who were prompt in job placement and easy to get in touch with.The hiring process went very smoothly and i was able to gain a permanent position at Cigna because of this company and its helpful recruiters.

Great hours and very friendly employers

I worked at Anthems call center, I helped members with their insurance needs, claims, transportation and benefits. The manager at the location was very friendly and cared for the employers.

It was a good job experience for having customer service. Needed to be on point with doing files and having the right information documented to make sure the right delivery was taking care of

Management is worst

Company doesn't work according to their core values. They do not work collaboratively at all. Departments cannot communicate with each other. Policies and procedures are out of date and incomplete. Training is not organized nor did it coincide with the work I was actually hired to do. They have process improvement awards but management doesn't encourage anyone to submit their ideas for fear that someone else might bet recognized for their ideas, since management won the last awards for past few years which makes no sense since that is part of their job description. Management is rude employees and often treats them like 3rd class citizens. This company lacks professionalism and heart and doing the right thing. They were bragging about how they get out of paying US taxes by having businesses in Switzerland. Greedy money hungry company. who doesn't make customers priority.

Great placement

I was satisfied with the job placement and the compensation was great. I wished there were more assignments located in my city. I would recommend this agency for job seekers.

Very fast past enviornment

I enjoyed working on the assignment Mindlance sent me out on. I worked at Cigna Healthspring. There you work all the overtime you want as long it is available.
