Worked for the World BANK through Mindlance. It was okay. Pay was okay. The bank was okay. They day was okay. I recommend finding some place less stressful.

One of the worst job assignments I've ever had.

I hated the assignment Mindlance gave me. The work was tedius and the standards of performance were extremely unreasonable. And to top it off my boss was a totally evil, selfish ( place explitive here)!

Pretty legit..

Not what I expected from a staffing agency. I mean that in good way. Pay was good the job they placed me on was meh, but overall everything was great!

Fun enviornment

Spent a few years at this company. Great opportunities for advancement of career. I was a contractor and the staff their was very helpful towards me in trying to get me a permanent position.

Productive and Fun work

It was my first job and helped me to learn a lot in mindlance, I learned about the complete recruitment cycle and my team helped me and support me to face new challenges.

but unfortunately the company did not have work available for some of his contract workers and I was part of the layoff this was the only downside .

I would recommend this place because they offer competitive wages with clients who have opportunities that can become permanent with experience and demonstration of skills unfortunately the job security and chance for advancement may be limited if you are contract worker with the company only.

Good Incentive Structure

This could be a long term regular job, will pay you a decent, recognized brand in the region. Cons: Political environment. Overall its a fair place to work and earn money.

Unorganized / Ignores Issues

Mainly worked with them since I needed a job. Projects/Company I worked for while contracted through Mindlance was fun. However company would ignore any information you would try and provide them. Tried to update my mailing address several times but was constantly ignored. Whenever I would ask them to verify after attempting to update they would respond with my old mailing address and never update it. Never got updated until the end of my employment. They also would alter my resume providing wrong and inaccurate information. Also would mail my tax forms with my personal private information to the wrong address and act like it was no big deal.

They pay on time...

They don’t keep you working like you would like them to. I was working a cleaning Job when Mindlance called me with a job offer , I told them that I could not leave my job just for a 2 week assignment and I was assured that I would be sent on another directly after the term of my 1st contract, only to be told that there was nothing available at the end.

Never Ever Attempt to think or refer any of your friends or not even enemies

Guys -- I have been in consulting for almost 12 years. This is the worst company I have seen in my life so far. Please be cautious and never ever trust the Company staff at any point in time. Please educate your friends and beg them not to join this company(Mindlance) as they ruin your personal and family lives.No buffer time to think and change another company. If you are on H1B visa never think about this company in your dreams. I would not even rate a single star for this company. Guys, please report to the labor department(USICS) immediately to get the justice done.

Do not fall for the Mindlance promises of a job

Started off nice. But ended horrible. The pay ok. But no paid time off. No good benefits. I was never told about a 401k working there for 21 months. They always lie about you becoming a permanent with the client they place you with. Never happens. You get so many extensions but no real job. I wouldn't recommend this evil disgusting temp agency to anyone. They ruin your career. When you resign, they treat you like garbage.

Placement was good

Got extremely low balled but took the job anyway for the experience if you need experience to move on to better things I guess its decent but do your research 1st and pick the right company other agencies will contact you for the same job take the best offer if you can

Worst Contract company that I ever worked at

Recruiter was nice but the benefits are the worst. They are not even standard. No PAID VACATIONS, WORST HEALTH INSURANCE offer with no help from company to pay. Another contractor that I worked with them also knows that they are a bad company.

Horrible temp agency to work for.

Initially Mindlance seemed great. The recruiter was courteous and extremely helpful. However, you don't continue to work with the recruiter. Instead you're passed off to a hapless and incompetent manager. Then you realize that your phone calls to a local number are redirected to an international number. There are a few Mindlance employees who actively live and work in the U.S. but it's nearly impossible to contact them. Any requests for an alternate assignment will be dutifully ignored. Any requests for more information will be avoided. No one will answer the phone once you voice any issues. This entire company is completely unprofessional and a mess.

Top notch professional staffing agency

Mindlance is a great staffing agency. They are professional with respect to remaining in contact with its workers and very responsive (especially outside of traditional business hours).

Contractor impression

I normally don't apply for positions posted by companies like Mindlance due to the pushy rude nature of their staff. I needed a job and they had two I was interested. They pay was adequate and the company they represented was one I was interested in working for. They manner in which they handled communication was terrible and very unprofessional. You would receive a call from their recruiter to advise you that one of their managers was going to call you. Who does that?? No staffing company I have dealt with did that, their manager just called you. So you get duplicate calls that is a huge waste of time. They call you at hours which are not professional, between 6AM-8AM. On top of that, I spoke with the person at the company they placed me with. They explained to me that they specified candidates they wanted and were sent resumes for people who didn't fit their candidate profile at all. So the client was upset and offended. If you apply for positions with this company, know that you will be dealing with a company that is rude and incompetent. Also, they don't send the candidate their client is looking for.

Continuing Contract

Mindlance set me up as a contractor working a temp to hire position. I started with them in November of 2017. It is now the 1st of November 2018 and I still have not been hired on by the company I have been assigned to. I have also just found out that my contract has been extended again until sometime in 2019. The pay is good, but no benefits. This means I do not have vacation, sickleave, medical, dental, 401K, or a flexible spending account card.
