So so agency

Mindlance is just an okay temporary agency. In the beginning they excessively called me numerous times. Then they got my start date mixed up and I went unpaid for about a week due to their incompetence.

Productive efficient

Very productive and efficient with my needs... Easy to understand the procedures made feel like family and comfortable to work. It is a temporary position at LABCORP but it was easy and fast paced

They do not communicate whenever there is an issue

Everything bad except for the pay. No communication of an issue needs to be resolved. They are all about politics and not the worker. Only care about pleasing vendor so they can get paid

Mindlance Representatives are very through, their background are quite extensive with their investigative stipulations and guidelines. It took almost month for them to get everything in place. The employees affiliated with then we’re always professional and had willingness to help at any given moment. I appreciate the experience I received from them. They assisted in assuring and securing a contract with Anthem

Company withholds your pay

If your supervisor doesn't approve your timesheet that you submitted in a timely manner you will not get paid. They pay bi-weekly, most agencies pay weekly, and they will withhold the pay until the time card is approved regardless of how long it takes apparently. The latest my pay has been is one week. That can really ruin some people, especially during covid-19. Take this as a warning

Slow , unresponsive

Mindlance was unengaged, uninformed, slow to respond . We didn’t know the job was ending. They said I was lucky to be working during COVID. The rep was always late responding are calling while I was working.

I started working in Mindlance in year 2017 and after 1 one of training I completely understand about the recruitment process and I recommend my friends to work with Mindlance , because of their fast faced and work culture.

Responsive Employer

Team members get back to you; pay is adequate. People are friendly. They keep in constant communication and check in to see how you're doing. I even got a gift card for Christmas from them!

standard recruiting company

Benefits package is not the greatest. The contract work seems pretty standard. The software they use to submit payroll easy to use. If you are pretty much an organized person, you can get by with a temp agency and limited communications.

You get placed easily but their communication with you is lack luster. It’s very hard to get in contact with them. The pay wasn’t bad and the schedule was good.

Run away if they call, perma-temp scam

High pressure demanding of very personal informattion up fron from people who are obviously callling from offshore using a dummy US area code but their email header trails cleary point to a source in India. they deny it and will get their American front "HR manager" to call you for reassurance. They claimed to have a local office but when I checked google map I was suspecting something amiss as they are not listed as tenants of the building and went to the location and was told by the management they never heard of these people. Despite all this I did get a call from their client who I recognize as legitimate, who reassured me they had worked with these offshore peopel for some undisclosed time, besides this a real perm offer and the 90days temp status is just because the client HR is just 'slow to approve new hires'. The interview was quick and pointed towards a need for warm bodies as the priority. I needed a job so figured I'd take the chance. After starting to work I realized everyone except management was a temp and nobody gets 'hired'. If you question this then you loose grace and start towards being looked down on and gradually walked to the door, since the other requirement besides a warm body is a to be an unquestioning sheep.

productive and friendly environmetn

The environment is so productive, One can learn things from ground level, wide scope for new challenges , The management is so cooperative and The best part is fun environment , Less stressful, More production.

It was a good placement

the pay was great and the job site was very nice . There is a lot of paperwork to initially get started and slight communication barriers at times but overall experience was fair and I would recommend them for job placement.
