Due to an addiction to eating and living. I guess it could do significantly worse

Due to a chronic addiction to eating and having a warm safe place to sleep I can't really complain about this job too much. I work much closer with the Contracting company than I do with Mindlance for most day to day activities. When I do deal with Mindlance IT has always been a uphill struggle to get information or have actions taken to resolve issues and requires me to more than once jump the chain to get a resolution.Minimal interactions with my POC @ Mindlance

Management is what makes this company. They easy to talk to and they understand you. I love management, which makes this company successful!

A typical day at work depends on the company they are contracted with, in whom you are working forI learned about the product Medicare Advantage and what all it entails. Not only the benefits of this product, but also, the incentives of the plans of this product. We are able to see how effective these plans are in whole, not just how it works for medical treatment or prescription pricing.The most enjoyable part of the job is being able to help someone

The staffing here is extremely hard to understand and needs to work on their English skills. They also do not accommodate people with disabilities or who have not been vaccinated. Do not apply.

Bad recruiters!

beware when applying here - they will ghost you even after putting you through the interview process. very unprofessional. the CFO is not friendly and the company as a whole seems like it’s all a sales job. it’s a staffing agency after all

Lies all lies

There isn’t enough room to write about this toxic place. The training was a joke and covered nothing that they hired us to do. Basically we were told to do our best and keep them happy. Basically lie to them.

Overall good company to work for

Overall, a good company to work for. They do not micromanage, you essentially create your own schedule and must be self motivated. They allow you to work remote and travel when needed. They lack the personnel in the back office to get things completed in a timely manner. Often times, you receive things right at the deadline or sometimes past the deadline. Sales people that have been there a really long time follow a different set of rules, they will go around newer sales people to win clients and it is accepted.

Cultural differences in communication.

Getting feedback on candidates and open orders was very inconsistent. Which made follow up with candidates frustrating. Contract technical recruiter, recruiting in the telecommunications and IT industry. Submitting them through the client VNS system.

Mindlance work from home training was unprofessional

The supervisor which was the trainer for my group had no idea how to train and so it made the learning process extremely difficult. To the point that at the end of the training over 30 people had no idea how to do the job plus if you had questions there was no one there to answer your questions.

Great company, depends on your role

Very supportive, helped me prep for assessments, coached for interviews, always responsive. Only down side is lack of hours for my role and no help getting other roles or hours.

Petty and nickle & dime culture

The comp you agree too isn't what is paid. They charge you for a background check fee and pay invoices late. They create excessive administrative requests. I regret working with them.

it was ok

it was ok nothing to really talk about. just filling this out so i can read reviews about other jobs I'm interested in. Overall Mindlance was a pretty good experience. The pay was fair for my position and my recruiter was fast to respond if i was having an issue.

No communication

This was a project job. Where I was assigned there was literally no communication. None, nada, zippo, zilch. A week after I started my supervisor was fired. Nobody told me until the following week. It was over a month before I found out who my new supervisor was. I had one very brief conversation with him the entire time I was there. I’d reach out to him with something, he wouldn’t respond. Ever. I received no feedback whatsoever. I had no idea if I was doing a good job, a bad job or what. I basically rode out my contract and got paid. Very sad way to be treated. I loved what I was doing which made it all the sadder when the contract ended.

They make sure you are ok at company and if it’s still a great company to work at

The company I used to work for was at was pharmaceutical company. I would pack ordered medicine, made sure it was the right quantity and packed correctly to be shipped out.

Work at home was great it being temporary was the worst
