Routine work is smooth, still lacking due to favoritism. Learned a lot about US staffing and recruitment and achieved some milestones. But because of poor management now company will surely suffer on long term. We have to beg for leaves for personal (major festivals or special occasion) and mental freedom even if we have leaves in our bucket. Huge scope in improving management for the longer survival in the market.

Leaves, unfair salary, undervalued, poor management, poor work culture, favoritism, unrecognition, Consistent Finance issues, partiality, mental stress etc.

Very responsive

Always got paid on time, always got me the better rates in comparison to other companies. Difficult to understand due to language barriers at time. Refuse to fight for you or assist in finding information.

They are consistently messing up my pay! From NOT taking out federal taxes to OVER paying and charging my assignment for hours not worked! Stay away

Productive and fun workplace, nice culture and supporting leads. Never faced any issues regarding salary. Good place to start your career. Helps in gaining knowledge with better guidance.

Great Place to work hustle free joining fully satisfied

The HRs and mangers are very responsive to any issues addressed. Appreciate the way they treat and deal concerns of their employees. I am really happy part of lancesoft.Get paid on time also. Highly recommend Lancesoft for career prospects.

Worked remotely

Office gossip was minimal as everyone worked remotely. A lot of time was spent on virtual department meetings and then hustle to get assignments completed

No help once contract ends

They are a very poorly managed group that seems to work out of a call center overseas. And phone and email communication is very poorly worded and can be difficult to understand. They do not listen to anything you tell them and they don't seem to have any desire to help find a new contract once the first one ends.

I'm sure thete are some but none that I can think of.

Great temporary role

Pay was excellent for the role. Recruiter was very nice and responsive to my questions and needs. Overall was a great experience. The only con was having to wait an entire month for the first paycheck due to the delay in the payroll periods.

Bias management

Have seen all management are relatives or related to each other. There is lot of favouritism and biased things happening. I made a mistake joining this organisation. Even after you work is noticed still you are blamed that you aren't working. They don't value Hardworking employees but they value what they want to and who they want .

the customer i was assigned to was somewhat abusive and went through several contractors before and while l was there

Traveler beware!!

Travel offer full of promises, but zero results or payments received. They will schedule you for the same lab on multiple days because they are extremely unorganized. This company attempted to submit false documents on my behalf also. All calls come from Henderson, VA, however none of the representatives spoke very good English. I was suppose to be paid twice before departing on contract, neither time funds were provided. IF you decide to travel with them I would make sure you get some kind of compensation before paying to travel and set yourself up in a new city. BEWARE!

Productive and flexible workplace

Along with work, do fun and enjoy the moment of work culture. Work pressure is there, no doubt but my manager is the best ever, will do work but never felt any pressure.

Your credit may be in jeopardy when working at Lancesoft

Lancesoft is a very risky place to work. Same day I worked there my information was stolen and used to apply for many credit cards at various different credit card companies. I had to place a freeze on my credit. It has been a year and attempts to apply for credit using my info is still being made. I regret the day I applied to work at this company that is based in another state. When you run into problems with your manager they will side with your manager and not give you anymore work! This company is the worst ever!
