Many of these questions I can not answer for Kforce directly. They are a consultant placement firm. I have not had much direct interaction with the team, though they seem responsive enough. I would recommend them.

One of the better staffing agencies

The people at KForce really make the difference. They have been checking in on me throughout my assignment to make sure things are going well. They are responsive to any issues that arise and get back to me quickly. It's not like they place you in the job and then forget about you until your assignment ends.The benefits are decent and more than I expected for a job that was suppose to be part-time. They do have 401K matching, but it's only a percentage of what you contribute.

Learned a ton and made some good income but not a fan of the debaucherous and shallow culture or the management that treats you like a child.

Great company with a great culture

- Sourcing and calling potential candidates is majority of day to day work- Management AND coworker are always willing to provide help/advice- Great workplace culture - team building events, holiday parties, all inclusive trip for top performers- Hardest part of the job are the uncontrollable things since you’re relying heavily on other people a lot (candidates, hiring managers, etc.) - You learn very quickly how to deal with adversity and rejection - Most enjoyable part of the job are the great coworkers who become your second family and want to see you succeed

Biggest regret - accepting this position.

No one was welcoming or helpful. I found out my father had 3 aortic aneurysms and his heart is a ticking time bomb. Management could care less. Big No.

Recruiters, just say no

They promise you a lot when starting. Higher compensation, but very low commission if recruiting contractors. Zero transparency. A “family” mentality with a lot of smiles to mask everyone’s major disappointment. Will blame you for the market and the client you recruit for going on a hiring freeze. HUGE emphasis on numbers. They will look into everything you do, including a public shoutout of how often you were on the phone over the course of a month. Poor health benefits. Excessive hours (expect you to be available round the clock). I would NOT recommend working here as a recruiter . Dishonest/unfair practices and the “perk” of working fully remote doesn’t even feel like remote when you are overworked.

Let go for no reason then ghosted

I signed up as a W2 employee with them as full time then given a 1-year assignment. Within 6months I was "let go" for no reason then told they would follow up with me for a new assignment. I haven't heard from them since. I sent an email to share my disappointment at the lack of professionalism and was told my assignment was "at will" employment and they can release me with no explanation at all.These people don't care about their employees. They may pay you 50$ hourly but are charging their clients $110 hourly for you. So these clients will let you go as soon as they don't need you because the cost is too high to maintain long-term. Kforce was overcharging the client based on what I saw... because I saw my contract price on the Gdrive accidentally. They stored all the docs for anyone to see each other's wages... Apply for a job at your own risk... it may be good pay but you may end up in the unemployment line just based on their unprofessional business tactics.

Keep looking elsewhere

You need to drink the tea and enjoy it or you are not a team player. Everyone pretends to be so helpful, but basically a bunch of back stabbers only worried about looking good for themselves and getting their gold star. Management only cares about money and nothing else. A revolving door of people.

Exciting, always learning something new, fun,chill & a Little overwhelming

What is the best part of working at the company?I have worked on and off for about 3 years now with kforce. Kforce has gaven me the opportunity to work different projects and the ability to learn many things, of course the project do end at some point so it's always good to keep that in mind, doesn't beat the fact that when ever they do have open opportunities they do reach out or simple keep in contact with them or website for more opportunity. Thank you kforce for always allowing me to be apart of your family. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Honestly it's not stressful at all you just have to have a lot of patience and be a quick learner. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?We do work from home. Even though we do get the opportunity to communicate with different people from different states. Teams allows you to communicate with other members get to know one other & help each other to make think run more smoothly. What is a typical day like for you at the company?Working from home, attending morning meetings as I have my morning coffee got to have that. Pay attention on what takes place in the meeting it can be very useful & they speak on area where things are been done incorrectly not say it can be you specifically, but it give you idea on what to doubt check your work on. Never take anything personal. Learn grow & ask questions if needed. Knowing i can make I difference warms my heart & leaves me with a smile on.

Good for junior recruiters

This is a GREAT CHOICE for you if you're trying to break into the recruiting industry. You'll learn what you need to know, and many companies will want to hire you once you've accumulated a couple years of experience here. Just be aware that there's an 80% chance you'll want to leave after a couple years - management in many of these offices is notorious for playing favorites, and if you don't happen to be in the 20% they like, you won't make enough money or have the advancement opportunities to justify staying at Kforce longer than this.

No fuss employment experience

What is the best part of working at the company?I felt they where my public relations for any job that I went to..very hands on. They answered all questions and did not every leave me hanging.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Stress is not in their vocabulary..once you are a client , Kforce gives step by step instructions and it works.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?They showed up on the first day with us at the and a rep stayed with us. They would show up during training to answer any questions that we had about paperwork ..when we got hired they also showed up to help with the transition. The right representative at Kforce is a wonderful thing.What is a typical day like for you at the company?Kforce is just that a force in the right direction for you.

Let Go after Six Weeks with no Warning

I was let go on a 6 month to hire contract after six weeks for "not picking up things fast enough". Even though everyone on the team was there less than 18 months, there was no formal onboarding. When I would ask questions I would get the run around on who to ask. No one knew what was going on. On my last day before I was let go I told my boss that my questions weren't getting answered and I needed more guidance. My boss had to jump to another meeting (their calendar was booked fully daily) so I was left with still no guidance on what to do. Since the role was fully remote, I couldn't get a hold of anyone easily. They told me it would take time to get the hang of things and said nothing negative on my performance besides my confidence. My boss gave me a list of people to ask but none of them knew what they were doing since they were all brand new. While I was there for six weeks, someone else was let go after a couple of months.

This company has no integrity or intent on caring for its contracted employees, their whole loyalty lies with their own client and they will leave you stranded and ghosted.The leadership is negligent and unaccountable. I would stand on the rooftops and beg you not to allow them to profit off of you and your efforts. They will do and say anything to get you into a role.

The position that KForce found for me was a financial institution. It was fun. Lots of amenities on campus

Bad overall experience

This place was a joke Wasted my time with a temp assignment . The recruiters will say anything to get you there. They don't care about your career, just looking to fill a spot. It appears they don't mind bending the truth about temp for hires that ate really just temp.

What is the best part of working at the company?It provided me easy interview, easy start, and promotion to full time when appropiate. Good pay. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?It was tiring to work the whole day but my shift was great because I got to end swift at 4p.m. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?the variety of people who help another from all over the united states and FL . they are friend and we were allowed to play interactive games to learn the material. early arrivals get to say good morning to coworkers every day.What is a typical day like for you at the company?My typical day was stay calm, help the stressed citizen solve their unemployment problems & educate them.

What is the best part of working at the company?They work hard to place you at their top tier clients. Whether contract or permanent placement, you are treated incredibly well. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Getting that first placement is the most stressful, but after that, it's great! What is the work environment and culture like at the company?They were always courteous, supportive, straight shooting, busy but never too busy to answer or return your call promptly.What is a typical day like for you at the company?I went to my client offices daily, as I would any job. We would touch base regularly. It was as important to them that I felt it was as good a fit as the employer did. They celebrated a contract extension by hosting bagels, coffee, etc for me and client's whole team.
