Legit Contender on the Global Stage

IDC Technologies is a real legit contender on the global stage. It's a good company that's experiencing tremendous growth. Haven't had to worry too much during my experience here. I've had no issues with HR or payroll. You get exposure to a lot of different technologies and the mega big clients make large contracts accessible. Pace is fast, but so is growth potential.

There is no respect for the employees / Worst company

There is no respect for the employees. There will be no benefits at all. No cab, no meals, no proper incentives. Even they won't give the leave which will not come under LOP. Lot of submission target pressure. No client response for the submissions made. No proper guidance. Lot of politics and discrimation inside the office. Its waste fo time to work with IDC technologies. I would say my experience with IDC technologies for 10 months is totally waste. We can't gain any knowledge here. Some idiotic managers are keep talking their personal calls inside the cabin and once they feel bored they will irritate the recruiters with their attitude. If anyone got IDC Technologies offer, please decline that and look up for some other better opportunities, its a trap to work here. Simply saying its waste to work with IDC Technologies. If you prefer to join there you have to giveup your dignity, self respect and everything

A recruiting firm is judged based on their ability to place a candidate into a job that fits one’s skills and character. IDC is a firm works to ensure that both their client and candidates are a good fit. I enjoy working with my team and successfully placing candidates. If you have a solid performance, you will get a decent salary hike.

Excellent Workplace Environment and High Quality Coworkers

Having worked for IDC for 3 years, I can confidently say that it’s a great place to work, both to further your career or to get it started. Employees in the company are very welcoming and happy to lend a hand. Friendliness and encouragement are just two of the things you quickly grow used to seeing. Of course, as with any other sales job, there are times where you’ll have to work long hours or take on more clients but that’s just how it is everywhere else.

Good for New Workers

I have greatly enjoyed my work experience and benefits with IDC. As a new employee, my experiences are somewhat limited, but it could be expected in any business that there could be. I haven't felt any big negatives at this point with IDC. Perhaps employees would appreciate an opportunity for gym exercise rooms as well as additional cafeteria/canteen offerings.

WIPRO Placements

As a recruiter at IDC Technologies, I handle large projects for WIPRO. IDC is a great company for both experienced professionals and people just getting started. Heavily focused on customer service, you’ll do better if you have customer skills, but the company offers plenty of learning opportunities. IDC has many positions offshore and locally. However, the company needs to work harder in developing and managing their brand, as I think they’re not doing enough in this area.

Decent Career Opportunity

Development of the employees is key here at IDC, and the more you work on the projects with candidates, the better you get. I was really happy when I worked at the firm and I feel others will feel the same way, they only need to take a look at their compensation package and things will turn out to be just fine.

Great place to work

I’ve worked for IDC Technologies for a little over a year now with no deal breaking complaints and I truly enjoy working for this organization. My biggest problem with IDC isn’t something they can fix, as it’s my commute. Traveling to the offices takes time, a lot of time, but I’m getting used to it. Also, the office could get a nice cafeteria with vegetarian options.

Great for Graduates

I couldn't find information or in-depth wikis about the IDC Technologies CEO before joining. Fortunately, in my experience, IDC is one of the better companies for you if you are a fresh graduate. There are so many projects and positions belonging to different sectors of technology, and you can learn a lot by getting exposure to all of them.

IDC has an excellent work environment that invites you not only to work but also to meet your coworkers. The pay is good, the teams are good and the management team is very efficient. Because there are hires from different countries, cultural differences are common, which can cause communication problems. I enjoyed working for the company but something needs to be done about communication problems.

The Right Decision

The work environment here is exemplary, people are very nice and supportive, plus the management is also pretty understanding and helpful. They don’t just guide you to make you better at earning money for them, but they also guide you to develop your own personality. Management is a bit strict, however, they don’t compromise on the tedious working hours, but I guess that’s just a good sign of a professional company, right? Perhaps paying the employees on the basis of their work, not their position, will motivate people to work harder.

If you are a fresh graduate with no prior work experience, just like I was, you will feel right at home at IDC. The training program is fantastic here and the coworkers are also very helpful to help you settle in.
