I worked for a Client and IDC was a sub contractor.They do provide different options and benefits but you have the flexibility to opt in or out depending on your situation

Good for New Workers

I have greatly enjoyed my work experience and benefits with IDC. As a new employee, my experiences are somewhat limited, but it could be expected in any business that there could be. I haven't felt any big negatives at this point with IDC. Perhaps employees would appreciate an opportunity for gym exercise rooms as well as additional cafeteria/canteen offerings.

The beauty of working with the company (New York placement) is the constant support and updates from the hiring manager and accounting department. I enjoyed free lunches many times offered by them. The lunch sessions were an opportunity to better understand one another.

WIPRO Placements

As a recruiter at IDC Technologies, I handle large projects for WIPRO. IDC is a great company for both experienced professionals and people just getting started. Heavily focused on customer service, you’ll do better if you have customer skills, but the company offers plenty of learning opportunities. IDC has many positions offshore and locally. However, the company needs to work harder in developing and managing their brand, as I think they’re not doing enough in this area.

A Good Opportunity for Graduates

The staff is fantastic. They are very helpful and would go all the way to find the best suitable job for me (TCS has a lot of projects). Keeping in mind my experience, expertise and time, they would help me fit in the perfect spot. Just keep in mind that every staffing agency has bad apples/recruiters and clients can change things last minute, so if the recruiter you work with isn't a good fit, move on.

My IDC contacts continuously stayed in touch with me while I was working on my WIPRO project and they were great at taking suggestions. Because of this, IDC is a great organization with people who care about you and push you to do the best you can. Of course, make sure to get a good recruiter on your behalf.

Decent Career Opportunity

Development of the employees is key here at IDC, and the more you work on the projects with candidates, the better you get. I was really happy when I worked at the firm and I feel others will feel the same way, they only need to take a look at their compensation package and things will turn out to be just fine.

Collaboration and Excellent Management

My stint with IDC Technologies and TCS was full of new opportunities, right from the very first day. The CEO has good wiki's and it was a great learning experience, with excellent management, helpful coworkers and positive work environment. The company’s accounting department was ever ready with a review to get an idea about my overall performance.

IDC came through for me in my job search beyond my original expectations. They were thorough in matching the clients requirements with my areas of expertise. There was a slight delay in the completion of my evaluation from my supervisor, however, I concluded this to be an oversight of the work site supervisor, and not of IDC.

Great place to work

I’ve worked for IDC Technologies for a little over a year now with no deal breaking complaints and I truly enjoy working for this organization. My biggest problem with IDC isn’t something they can fix, as it’s my commute. Traveling to the offices takes time, a lot of time, but I’m getting used to it. Also, the office could get a nice cafeteria with vegetarian options.

IDC Technologies provides with plenty of suitable contracts (TCS, Wipro, etc) with an efficient working staff. I received no benefits when I started with it. The pay rate is good. I'm expecting decent hike on next contract.

As a point of sales technician, I was responsible for troubleshooting errors. I was also expected to work with my supervisor on the installation process. Before the distribution of any computer set, I examined the setup.

Great for Graduates

I couldn't find information or in-depth wikis about the IDC Technologies CEO before joining. Fortunately, in my experience, IDC is one of the better companies for you if you are a fresh graduate. There are so many projects and positions belonging to different sectors of technology, and you can learn a lot by getting exposure to all of them.

IDC Technologies Wipro Satisfactory Position

IDC Technologies placed me in Wipro. I worked with a recruiter who was very receptive to my needs and pleasant to work with. The compensation was somewhat unpredictable and there were no paid vacations but that’s pretty much what you can expect when you are working as a contractor.

Worst employer in exisitence

Avoid the global outsourcing firm at all costs, they don't pay WAGES on time ever. Management is incompetent, an understatement, just plain dumb. They don't return calls, don't pay on time and don't care about there employers just there clients who they serve. This is the result of massive global outsourcing, you get #$T employers who are better off managing a flea market in North Dakota
