I worked for a Client and IDC was a sub contractor.They do provide different options and benefits but you have the flexibility to opt in or out depending on your situation

Payment to contraxtors

This company is hard to work with. They don't pay your invoice on time. Every time a new person sends a email asking for new information. No defined process. It appears they deliberately delay invoices.

was consulting thru this company

They never released the payment on time. Dragged as much as possible. After i left they were about to eat my salary. I end up fighting a lot. luckily i had another layer i pressured them and some how my invoices cleared.

Pathetic staffing company

it's a worst staffing company i have ever seen in my life it ruin the recruiters life, first of all there is no job security in idc, they can fire the recruiters at any time without any reason and also they are not providing salary after resign from idc, they promised the days for salary but the salary never credit on that date whatever the hr of idc told to recruiters and then we mail the hr of idc and they are just giving time slots for salary but we never get our salary from idc after give resign, worst experience with idc and pathetic management,there are many good staffing companies are there as compare to idc,my suggestion to all the recruiters who are looking for job in staffing never went idc for job,they just ruin the life of recruiters

There is no respect for the employees / Worst company

There is no respect for the employees. There will be no benefits at all. No cab, no meals, no proper incentives. Even they won't give the leave which will not come under LOP. Lot of submission target pressure. No client response for the submissions made. No proper guidance. Lot of politics and discrimation inside the office. Its waste fo time to work with IDC technologies. I would say my experience with IDC technologies for 10 months is totally waste. We can't gain any knowledge here. Some idiotic managers are keep talking their personal calls inside the cabin and once they feel bored they will irritate the recruiters with their attitude. If anyone got IDC Technologies offer, please decline that and look up for some other better opportunities, its a trap to work here. Simply saying its waste to work with IDC Technologies. If you prefer to join there you have to giveup your dignity, self respect and everything

Management was good, good work ethics, salary on time and apart from salary good incentives. Work Culture was nice, Energetic place & people to work along.

Worst company to work with

I worked for IDC, Banglore India for an year and i think im eligible to write a review. During my tenure at IDC, I faced my issues. Issues with leaves, salaries, they need unnecessary approvals from project managers. First and main issue is with salary. They delayed my first month salary by 15 days. I have joined at the end of Nov 2017 and got my first salary in mid January 2018. That too after too many escalations. Unnecessary deductions in salary. If you don't question them, you'll be at loss. You need to escalate each and everytime for small issues. They dont care about there employees. They don't respond to emails. Its been 3 months since I resigned and I still didn't get my relieving. Reason, they paid partial F&F amount. When I questions and escalated to highest level at IDC, they agreed to pay remaining amount(i.e leave encashment) but im still waiting for it. Most of the employees at IDC are not aware of leave encashment. Since I questioned, they accepted to pay me but didn't confirm the amount nor has an ETA. They deduct money and credit if we question them. One more thing, their escalation matrix has no meaning and no one cares even if you escalate to highest level. Im fighting for remaining F&F since 2 months with all escalation levels at IDC since issue has not been resolved. Im going to loop my project and line managers in the next email if they don't resolve it by EOD. MY ADVISE FOR YOU ALL IS TO NOT JOIN ANY COMPANY ON IDC PAYROLL.

Its a very very fast paced working environment. Has several offshore teams to support the needs. Its a good palace to start a career and grow from there.

I worked with IDC Technologies Inc Hyderabad branch in India. The company provides you with several number of contracts based on your demand and availability. A fine company for your work needs. Solid opportunities, especially for freshers.

Great Environment for Learning

Great environment for learning and developing a career, excellent outlet. I think IDC should create more opportunities for recreational activities, such as opening a gym, or a game room or something.

Overall Great Experience

Because of IDC Technologies Inc, I had a chance to set foot on a wide variety of projects, wherein I could learn and get experience in latest technologies. There were some breaks between projects in the year 2014, I believe that had lots to do with the country’s economy and not IDC.

Excellent Workplace Environment and High Quality Coworkers

Having worked for IDC for 3 years, I can confidently say that it’s a great place to work, both to further your career or to get it started. Employees in the company are very welcoming and happy to lend a hand. Friendliness and encouragement are just two of the things you quickly grow used to seeing. Of course, as with any other sales job, there are times where you’ll have to work long hours or take on more clients but that’s just how it is everywhere else.
