I worked for a Client and IDC was a sub contractor.They do provide different options and benefits but you have the flexibility to opt in or out depending on your situation

Productive & fun

I worked at IDC Technologies full-time for more than 2+ year. The work environment is friendly and work gets done very fast as well very good pay master in the staffing industry.

Not so okay

I was working as a IT officer assistant on one of the project called Direct benefit transfer. I had to solve technical issues and deal with College clerks and their students.

IDC is a good platform to build your knowledge about the industry.Having best work atmosphere and management.You don't feel work pressure and target compared to the industry.

Bunch of idioits that dont know how to read. These 5 stars are paid, how much it costs these days!!! They are spam, uneducated, unprofessional Worst company

It was a contract position. IDC merely recorded the hours worked and payed on time.

A better contracting firm that some of the others, in that they paid on time. They started out bad by offering an hourly rate at the initial job offering and then lowered it.

This is my opinion about IDC

I was working in this company more than an year and that teaches me alot, and i have seen many changes in these years. i have worked under three to four different managers as well. company staffs are good personally. Company don't consider your queries!

Worst experience from Policies perspective, Worst experience from Payout perspective, No Leave encashment, Pathetic coordination, No communication with associates by HR or governance team

Productive and fun filling

I was working on shifts, afternoon 4.00 PM to 1.30 AM, it is very difficult to adjust myself and still I was working on those timings. If any one given any opportunity, I would ready to work on those shifts.

Company overall good But no hikes and no position But it's a field job I don't like to do that job in IDC. I need do romte location. And it's fine to work hard.

Thanks to IDC for choosing right client

As I worked for IDC but my client was RBI. In RBI work culture is so good. My job was to maintain there server up & proper updated condition. All RBI teams are supportive & right there to help you in any condition. There is lots of activity in RBI & there staff is so friendly in nature. So lots of fun during my job thanks to IDC once again.

What i would tell anyone that receives an email or a call from IDC Technologies, delete it the email and tell the person on the phone "thanks, but no thank you"

Good For Starters, Interns & Easy going Job

Good For Starters, Interns & Easy going Job. Should be more Organized, Follow the Hierarchy, Motivational Factors to be introduced. Set The Roles & Responsibilities and Monitor every 6 months once and Include Performance reviews periodically to assess & Motivate employees, if require provide Training & Development with required tools.
