I worked for a Client and IDC was a sub contractor.They do provide different options and benefits but you have the flexibility to opt in or out depending on your situation

Work on client location

I couldn't learn much in that company and all laptops, bags are provided by client only. I will contact only for salary purpose only. They offer good in salary.

Manager was good and supportive, management doesn't care about there employees.Salary on time but no other benefits rather than salary but good to start the career.

Fun workplace!

Honestly, the experience at Idc technology was amazing! I didn’t care one bit about to employee or pay. I just wanted to unlock the reviews! I’m so close to the minimum.

Worst HR management

Never replies for mails. HR team is irresponsible behaviour. They should value candidates time and effort. Please take care of this team perticularly...

HR Person Not a friendly

It's a Good Company and happy to work.There is no stressSalary will be credited from 7 to 10.It's very hard to get a Hike since it requires more approval process.

It was a great experience. Worked with TCS, much helpful, secure. Location also good, they provide cab facility and food, it's was a great organization.

Save your self from this fraud company

They charge % to pay invoice. I never received payment on time. After following up for 3 months I received payment and that also was short paid. No one provides reason for short payment. They try to take money from you from everything. They never respond to your email, no ethics, they force you to share confidential details for no reason. I would rather work at a retail store or open a cleaning company with peace of mind then working with IDC BS technology.

Management of this company is not good.If you want to work in this company then there should be payroll,Do not do job on 2nd or 3rd parties, I request to all you want to work in IDC Technologies to direct payroll.

Not the best of contracting companies

This was a contract with an insurance company so my review is just the IDC part of that contract and not related to the insurance company at all. 1st, they did to C2C so that was a bonus to me. But it was a Net 30 which was fine, but they typically paid at 35-40 so not the best in the world. They also charge a % fee for each invoice so I had to give up some each invoice just to get paid and paid late at that. They had a net 15 option but it would have double the % of invoice fee they charged, and since they were always late I had no confidence it getting paid at 15 days. I would not contract through IDC again unless I had no other options.

Legit Contender on the Global Stage

IDC Technologies is a real legit contender on the global stage. It's a good company that's experiencing tremendous growth. Haven't had to worry too much during my experience here. I've had no issues with HR or payroll. You get exposure to a lot of different technologies and the mega big clients make large contracts accessible. Pace is fast, but so is growth potential.

Seriously if you love your peace of mind do not join this company nothing in place nor management nor hr nor work.Company has no projects some small project in which there is no management no planning nothingThis company is managed by 3 EK employees who were kicked out of EK for some reasonsIf you are good sound person who needs good job and work then do not join this company even if you are desperate for Job and money

Terrible company to work with. No respect for employees.. They run the business from India and Canada. Beware of this kind of company. Regarding the salary, they take a lot of margins and pay meagre salary. no point in working for them

It is awesome working here. Overall good experience. Working hours, colleagues are friendly, Seniors are supportive, cool atmosphere. You have to complete your work within given TAT.

Bad subcontracting issues

People are good and hardworking mostly but the process in place for timesheets and expense are extremely broken and not timely in the least. Takes months to get reimbursed for expenses.

Paperwork is cumbersome and expenses take months to get paid after submitting it to the company.

Terrible Staffing Company

If you want a worry free experience then this company isn’t for you…the work they staff you for it’s ok but working with IDC HR and Payroll is the worst…they never pay the full amount you work for and give you excuses about not submitting the timesheets in time or that their “system” wasn’t working and then they want to pay you until the next pay roll and that’s IF they pay you at all. You can work the 40hrs a week and only pay you 32hr. Then you have to go back and forth but wait, that’s only if they respond to your emails because if you tried to call them, they are never “available”.

Extreme lack of communication

I was hired in April. Given excuses for months as to why job hadn't started. Finally started in September. When contract was terminated early due to company going in a different direction I had to hear from employer. IDC never did notify me the contract had ended.
