productive and a great place to grow

Great place with a friendly atmosphere where everybody is trying to be helpful and the work load is fairly divided for different departments. A good workplace for someone who wants to promote as they are further developing and growing.

They cut from the salary and then offered it as an increase

From 5 stars have fall to 1 star.I had worked 7 years and 4 months in this company. For 4 years and 1 month as a line operator, 2 years and 9 months Service Tehnician, and 6 months again line operator. You wondering why i went back as a line operator? Well first year was ok i had 1 colleague and 1 supervisor we was 3 on the service team. My salary was small for that position and for what i do for the company. After my colleague and my supervisor left the company. I was alone on the service for 1 year. I heard that, between me and a line operator the salary was same. So i asked them to rise my salary. They told me they couldn't give a raise because of the virus. But they not gived it before the virus and not even after colleagues left.Thats why i went back as a line operator. And they decided to cut from my salary. And afther 6 months they ask me to sign a salary increase with the same number they cut it before. They dont care about employees in 7 years and 4 months i seen many people wich they left. One of them haved 20 years in the company.I left because of them i cant accept what they done.

Honeywell in Rumänien ist 1.te Klasse

Es gibt wenige oder gar keine Möglichkeiten für eine globale Karriere; ein Umzug in andere Länder ist nicht leicht möglich. Es scheint keine enge Kommunikation zwischen den BG's zu geben.Ansonsten war ich überrascht, von Honeywell Rumänien nach Deutschland umzuziehen und die schlechten Sicherheitsregeln in Produktionsbereichen in deutschen Unternehmen zu entdecken. Nach der Honeywell-Erfahrung habe ich mir beim Wechsel von einem Werk in Rumänien zu einem anderen Unternehmen in einem Werk in Deutschland viel mehr erwartet. Ich nehme an, meine Erwartungen waren zu hoch.
