Indeed a ales cea mai utilă evaluareThe majority of people working at Genesis10 are seasoned professionals. The people in the office I worked at were great to be around. All employees are contractors so the benefits are not that great, but you were treated as a professional and not micromanaged.

Professional and Productive Environment

Prior to accepting employment with Genesis10, I worked remote for 5 years. I was apprehensive about coming into an office after working remote for so many years. I was pleasantly surprised how much I like working in their office setting. The building is located in downtown Charlotte, which is surrounded by various restaurants and a park nearby. The shared working space is always clean and inviting. The office coordinator is very friendly and she always makes sure the consultants have what they need for their individual work spaces. I am surrounded by other consultants with various backgrounds and skills sets and being able to communicate, interpersonally with another person, is a welcomed change. I was hesitant, at first, to leave a full-time job to work a contracting assignment. However, after three months as a consultant, there is no doubt in my mind I made the right decision!
