Support Workday (HRIS system for Flextronics) configuration set up/changes for new hires,
compensation changes,transfers, promotions,personal data changes and benefits.
Create and update financial elements in Workday.
Assistance with monthly closing.
Open and monitor internal (Service Now) cases for issues/needs affecting Workday.
Oversee/manage all ongoing Workday testing/updates.
Work with IT to implement new or update current Workday users.
Support enhancements to existing functionality and drive the implementation of other major new
Troubleshoot system issues.
Establish standard operating procedures and audit processes to ensure processes are
compliant and data integrity is maintained.
Perform group data updates, exports, imports, clean-ups, and researches/reports on any data
Prepare reports and statistics in support of human resources operations.
Respond verbally or in writing to inquiries, complaints or problems providing information.
Primary contact for assigned function with outside organizations or other departments;
Respond to technical administrative questions and ensured necessary follow up.
