My salary is wrong week over week and it doesn’t get corrected immediately. The missing pay gets rolled over to the next pay period and even the pay on that pay period is missing so much hours of pay, overtime and stipends. They keep promising immediate pay correction but they actually never do! I will never work with them or even recommend working with them ever!

Working in this abysmal workplace is akin to navigating a daily obstacle course of discontent. The pervasive atmosphere is one of perpetual gloom, with morale seemingly locked in a perpetual downward spiral. Communication breakdowns are the norm, and the oppressive hierarchy stifles creativity and collaboration. The physical environment mirrors the mental strain, with outdated facilities and a lack of basic amenities contributing to a sense of neglect. Unreasonable workloads and unrealistic expectations create a pressure cooker of stress, where burnout is more a matter of 'when' than 'if.' Office politics poison the air, fostering an environment of distrust and resentment.

Very good job for younger people who are looking to get into trades. Learn what multiple trades do at substations. You are in charge of watching everyone working safely and in code.

Worst Company to work with

a typical day at work,- Come to ill.iter.ate and l.a.m.e management everyday. what you believe you learned,- Absolutely Zero learning, the company doesnt give a da.m.n to your learning curvature.management: Path.etic , la.me and non deserving bunch of people who cover each other and form communities to survive and doesnt let anything reach higher management.workplace culture: Terrible.The hardest part of the job: dealing with m. o.r.o.n.s everyday and everyday struggle proving your point as management has no regards to logic.the most enjoyable part of the job: only WFH was a pro, that too they provided upon bringing down the pay.

Contract workers

This was a contract position during a time when the COVID vaccine just came out. ETeam helped me get onboarded with CVS. Very helpful people. The parent company is in NJ, and sometimes the staff was hard to understand. As a whole, they were great to work with.

Great Customer Service

I really appreciate the customer service with their attentive listening, yet at times it was difficult to understand the language barrier.I also appreciate how the staff worked with me to secure a position and taking the time to analyzed what the client is evaluating in terms of their needs of an potential employee The only complaint that I have is my first paycheck took just over 3 weeks to receive. After this, a few times, my checks did not arrive weekly and a few times my hours worked didn't match hours paid including overtime pay. I did receive back pay evidentially.

Pretty good place

They care about your wants and needs. Supervisors always have an ear to listen to your concerns, so long as you are on the C or D shift. The other managers are kinda just there existing.

Barrier of communication

They are Indian people from India you cannot understand their language, they do not speak clear, Have heavy accents, they do not reach out to you whatsoever after you've gotten the job, if you have any questions, they tell you they don't know and they'll get back to you but they never do, In the beginning they make it seem like they care, once they get their money from getting you placed, don't care. They still refuse to pay me for hours I worked. Keep an eye on your hours and pay .

What is the best part of working at the company?When my contract was extended I was able to negotiate a higher rateWhat is the most stressful part about working at the company?You do not have a person assigned to you . Your contact is by email and goes to a general mailbox that at times seems to be unattended. on many occasions my pay was not deposited as expected. it seemed I had many issues I had to fight with them over to get them to investigate, and they are never motivated to solve your problems.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?with only one exception everyone I dealt with was next to impossible to reach directly. They were unmotivated or lazy, uncaring. You will never hear anything proactively from them. you will never receive feedback.What is a typical day like for you at the company?depends on your assignment. I was a contractor placed by eTeam.

Pathetic Organisation To Work

> This company has a very intensified culture of Quick hiring & Quick firing without giving even 10-15 days of notice period to employees working there so they can search new job. In one month Company has track of Terminating 30+ employees just in one night.> Company doesn't keep its commitments what they make during hiring.> Unprofessional and unethical people are sitting in upper management.> Very unskilled and untrained people are sitting in Onboarding & Service DeliveryTeam who has no control candidates submitting for paperwork and has no good relations with overseas clients for whom such a huge force of Talent Acquisition is hired.> if someone is looking for stable and long-lasting career then this company is not at all recommended for any career oriented person

What is the best part of working at the company?None. Once my contract is complete I am leaving and never looking back. I can never get anyone on the phone. This company is based in a call center outside the US, not in NY like the website states. My paycheck is always wrong. I could go on and on with the problems I've had with eTeam. Should be called no team. They suck. Great Agency

I worked for them throughout COVID, no problems. Offered wage equal to other agencies for same job. Responsive, but do not bug you. They do change HR contacts frequently, but always stay in touch.

Some employees, especially in the hiring department, should learn at least basic respectful communication skills. The overall impression of the company leaves much to be desired.

Horrible

I have worked with numerous agencies and this has to be the worst by far!! You can never get anyone on the phone, they will enroll you in a 401k without your permission, they tell you they will pay you a certain rate then they don’t, I don’t even think they are located in the US!! You can text and call until your blue in the face no one will answer or call you back

Incorrect pay. Didn't want to provide a pay stub.

Difficult to reach someone when I faced issues working at the contract facility. They constantly called me on weekends and at late hours in the evening when they wanted me to work. Pay did not correspond to the agreed payment. When my pay was incorrect, expected me to correct it while on a contract. Works under Genie Healthcare also. Terrible as far as I can see. Let's see what happens.

One of the worst temp companies

All of the low star reviews are correct. They are your best friend until you get the job. Then the communication is minimal and they don’t follow up with you. They do have a monthly check in with you but again, it’s to make sure you are making them money. I found out that another person was making $20 more an hour than me for the same role and I have more experience than they do, so make sure you are okay with your rate of pay. Do your research on salary for the job you take with them. Also, there was money missing out of my check and they are working on the issue with payroll. Be careful of using the RAIN pay app. Keep track of your payments because I have a feeling the missing pay that many have complained about is not an accident. Would not work with these folks again.

Lack of communication

Offers the jobs like crazy, recruiters aren't aligned at all. However if you're looking tonsecure a job eTeam is definitely the right place to secure one.
