I love my job, love working at my contract location. However, I have very little contact with DISYS other than turning in my hours. No feedback is frustrating.

I would and have recommended Dexian to people I know that are in the same field as me.

What is the best part of working at the company?I like that they not only helped me get a great job, but they also check in with me on a regular basis to see how I'm doing and if all is well. Most staffing agencies will place you in a position and you never hear from them again. Dexian is better that way.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?I haven't had anything to stress about so far, I've been with them for 6 months with no issues.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?It's upbeat and friendly. They make it a good place to work.What is a typical day like for you at the company?My work is exacting, and I need to be accurate in what I say and do with customers. But the stress level is low so that I don't feel a lot of pressure.

Only money minded company, No Job Security, No Work Life Balance, And Un-Achievable targets So that they always have a reason to fire.

I have worked here for almost 1 year. First this company always do hiring because they always do firing. Here first the give slightly hire salary and show you false opportunities to grow, then give unachievable targets so that they can take every bit of you and still your target will be incomplete, So they have an edge to fire you.Also worst part is they don't fire you directly, the HR ask you to resign and fears you for false allegation So that the image of company doesn't get affect. Also they don't have to give firing compensation of 1 month. We were hired in a batch of 27 people in a span of 7 months, 23 of them were fired and new people we hired over them, even the new joiners were being asked to resign, rest of 4 people I was one of them but seeing this instability the first thing I did is to find another job and leave the company as soon as possible.Also the promotion are based on politics, person who licks the management.

They trap you in fake promises and fire you whenever they want.

Contra

No Job Security, No work life balance, Extreme Pressure and toxic culture, No leaves and asked to work atleast 10+ hours a day also in Holidays.

Fun Place to Work

I enjoyed this being my first glimpse into the corporate world. The team I worked on genuinely cared about me and other team members! Learned quickly that I did not enjoy recruiting, but I was still able to succeed and learn through their training processes.

Very nice people and management really care about your well being. If you do good work you can move up the ladder to other positions. Great place to learn and grow.

Good organisation and target and number driver organisation if you work hard organization pays very well and some leaderships are very helpful but some are not

Good company to work for, typical downside of contract work not having sick days and/or holiday pay. Worked well getting me interviews up to and including my current position.

Not so bad

I enjoy working for the company. Micromanagement does not exist it is a stress free environment. Concerns and questions are considered and answered. Contractors deserve fair treatment and not looked down as second class citizens. Contractors deserve holiday pay, wage increase, some Benefits and leave accrual. You work so hard and nothing to show and if you miss work you do not get paid . It’s a catch 22

QA Contractor

RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. This company does not communicate with their contractors, nor do they value them. They were not forthcoming with what was really going on with the contract. We were forced to take Mandatory Time Off; then while we were off, we were fired but Dexian did tell us.

Great place to work. Surrounded by talented people who care about their jobs and willing to support one another. Plenty of opportunities to earn commission and bonuses.

If you aren't kissing up or producing a ton of money. They lie about family and work balance and are not mindful of people's time. Micromanagement and sneaky.

Fast paced and lots of room for advancement

During a typical day as an intern here I would cold call candidates and use Bullhorn CRM to source candidates. I would also work closely with account managers to figure out detailed client needs.

Great place for consultants to reach career goals.

What is the best part of working at the company?As a consultant, the best part of working with Dexian was the support received by the recruiters and the HR team. Always helpful, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile to help.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Nothing other than what is expected with a consultant position; waiting to hear if you would be converted to an FTE.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Amazing. There is constant support, communication, and even networking events.

Repetitive

The local public in the surrounding stores is legitimately scared, they fear information leak, robots taking peoples jobs, they don't want to download a 3rd party application and that makes it very difficult to perform the job

Not sure how to feel about this place. Offered a job here, but not a lot of information with regards to responsibility and qualifications. Would appreciate more transparency.

Never work in this company.

Senior management is in favor of some people. The job security in this position is 0. The shift is for 9 hrs but it never ends after 9 hrs you have to work more than 10 hrs a day.
