The title pretty much says it. The company is quite supportive and everyone there wants you to succeed. That said, it is still a sales position so be prepared to work. If you are a sales minded individual or you love recruiting, this is a great place to work at. The people are genuinely nice and the pay is great if you can get there.

CyberCoders and Full Desk Recruiting is like many things in life - you get what you put in. It has been life changing for me and many - professionally and personally. You have opportunities to make uncapped earnings and they reward you with growth and promos, incentives, great trips, etc. it’s not easy but what is? If you’re willing to put in the work, open to constructive feedback, and stay committed, you will see the fruits and big checks roll in from you labor. It’s a tough job and isn’t for everyone, but for those that stick with it and push through, they’ll tell you that it can be not only financially and professionally rewarding but you will help awesome companies build their teams and genuine people land dream jobs. Think of this role as like the Jerry McGuire Sports Agent but you’re an Agent/Broker for companies and candidates. Win win if you love people, sales, the hustle, and being graciously rewarded in your life earnings and accolades.

Great if you like constant stress and crying every day

CyberCoders, like any recruiting firm, are great if you are someone that lives for the grind and wants to be fully on 24 hours a day. If you value your free time and want boundaries from work, not a good place. Commission structure was okay, but not great. Your sanity here will really depend on your division and team. My first division was good and supportive, but once I was moved to another after that was dissolved I cried daily, was belittled, and dreaded going to work.

Great leadership, great people, great culture.

Recruiting is cutthroat and it's a grind. However, as a new employee, I was welcomed with open arms and trained with the necessities that I need to succeed. The leaders and trainers guide you through almost everything you need in the beginning. They don't just leave you in the dust... They want you to succeed!

There's always an opportunity to grow, learn more and find ways to collaborate with other teams. Even when things can get overwhelming, everyone teams up to get the job done. I'm also happy with how supportive my direct leaders are no matter what the circumstance.

I meet with my manager to make sure I am working toward the goals I have set out for myself. She is always very transparent and gives me advice to be successful! I truly love the work culture here- very supportive!!

I LOVE my team, the training program and potential that this job has to offer!

This job has completely changed my life and I am so grateful! The team is excellent, and there is so much support all around. The day to day is never the same, and I am constantly learning how to be a better version of myself. This translates to work, but also personally. I find myself excited to wake up and work in the mornings!

Fun workplace with the most supportive and genuine team!

I have never been a part of a company with so much support from my team, manager, and overall senior leadership. Don't get me wrong, it's hard work, but I was able to get promoted after 6 months! So grateful to be a part of this company.

Amazing culture, uncapped commission and opportunity to manage your own book of business

This company has truly been a game changer for my career. It has given me the ability to perfect the sales and communication game in all aspects from cold calling, email marketing, contract negotiation and closing a deal all while making good money. I have been lucky to have amazing managers here and been able to grow my career and leadership skills to now manage my own team.

Supportive environment with great flexibility and resources

I work on a great team, and I enjoy collaborating with them. I feel like my boss is invested in my professional growth. Upper management is supportive and approachable. The hardest part of the job is just being accountable. It's remote so no one is going to be hovering over you to get your job done, but your boss will hold you accountable for your commitments so you can't slack off. The best part of the job is helping people find opportunities that improve their quality of life.

Great co-workers but challenging job

You come across some great co-workers and managers who make the environment fun but the job itself is very challenging. It is a good stepping stone to if you’re committed to a career in recruiting but working off commission isn’t for everyone and the goals set seem unattainable at times.

CyberCoders offers it's employees excellent tools, training and career advancement. It really seperates from other agencies of it's kind. The management staff really care about the employees and it shows from the top down. Highly recommend!

Heavy sales job.

Everyone has to find their own clients and most people don't know actually know what they are doing right to attract clients, but will preach to others anyway. The few people who are perceptive enough to recognize what they are doing right are not willing to share that knowledge. When you do get a client, their database for searching for candidates is... very bad. Good luck making the high end of their advertised salary range.

Unlimited earning potential and advancement opportunity

I have been at CyberCoders for over 3.5 years and have had nothing but a great experience here. This is a hardcore sales job with no ceiling for income or advancement which means people that have an entrepreneurial spirit tend to do extremely well here. The company is constantly investing in resources to help every single person do their job the best they can from a tech, infrastructure and training standpoint.
