Productive and supportive work enviornment

I've been working since more than 1.5 years with the cogent.They have a great work environment with extremely supportive Tl's and manager. its been lovely working here. Highly recommend!!

Cogent is a great place to work. If you are looking for a company that value culture and their employees as well.Extremely organized and very fun culture. Friendly staff who helps you if needed.The staff is really sociable and pleasure to work with.

Pays NiceGood Incentive Plan, Health Insurance and Appraisals.Good Work Culture and Good scope of growth.They have dedicated teams for sales and offers/ onboardings. Training procedure is too good.

It's pretty good, trying to get job offers right now.

I managed to get hired and finished their boot camp. now I am on the bench and looking for job offers. Basically what they do is that they train you, and then they try and find you jobs.

No job security, company always think of themselves, never take an initiative to talk to employees. Always make excuses and lie to their own people. Full of politics and corruption

Exiting work enviroment

My experience with cogent infotech was very special!! As a newcomer to US, i was unable to search and get job. A phone call from Cogent HR changed my entire life. They accepted and tolerated the English language communication barrier I had. They treated and nurtured me to adapt with a new working enviroment. I always remember Cogent and you are in my heart.

Works with different diversities. It’s exciting to know they work with college students and RNs. As well as Masters in Nursing Informatics. Great company to work for.

Great communication!

Quick hiring process and a good wage for contract work. The only issue I disagreed with was the fact they only have 2 pay days a month and if they fall on a weekend or a holiday, you get paid late vs early. Would definitely recommend for future contact jobs.

Amazing company!!

In Cogent InfoTech I found there is good leadership because managers guide me for each and every thing. They Create opportunities for feedback. As soon as COVID-19 was getting serious, Cogent was one of the first companies to implement a mandatory work-from-home policy. Our health and safety came first, and I felt so lucky our company had the opportunity to make that decision.In Cogent I found you will get job security because if you are doing mistakes then they will not fire you they will try to improve your performance and make an evaluation sheet which help a lot to improve a individual performance.

The best thing about the Cogent Infotech is that their senior team is always open to listening to new ideas. They give an equal chance to every employee to present their idea. Working with Cogent,I found that I can reach out to anybody in the organization for any help.
