I learned to work in a very well organised environment with global and local policies and procedure
As I see it, BAT is an employee-centered company. There are interesting trainings available, regardless the position somebody has. People feel motivated to work here and even Entry Level jobs are quite attractive. The management is well structured and inspiring. I like the fact that from time to time we have the possibility to find out what is the main focus of the company for the next period of time.

Where i worked, there was a bad management. That was the reason i left. You cannot make something good if you cannot provide your employees the same level of professionalism that they provided you with.

Conferred with shop managers to obtain information about customer needs and preferences.
Talking with managers to ensure everything will be finished proprely.
One of the most enjoyable part of this job it was driving trough all the shops and finish the project in less than 3 days even if I was should finish in 7 days.

Nu sunt pentru sfaturi incorecte ,trebuie mai tăi sa cunosc locul de muncă ,colegii ,cerințele patronului sau ale firmei ,și nu în ultimul rând încrederea în cea ce pot face pentru cei care cred în mine

Working here is grate but the wage is very low .Around 300-450 dollars for operators and forklift drivers.Shifts are easy because we work here 12 hours/day (2days in day shift and 2 days is night shift and after 4 days home ).

A challenging workplace and a very pleasant place to be for 8 hours a day. Comes with hard working days, especially around the month end closure but everybody is nice and professional, so that makes it a cool environment.

The ambition that the company has is a direct result of the ambition of everyone there. It is very important to be able to earn on your own, since spead to market is not negociable time is precious.
Having spent my 20's and early 30's in this company I have learned so much about marketing, brand marketing, consumer research, insights and strategy.
If there was something that I am always focussing on is to always consider all possible aspects of each problem.
The team is young, energic and fun to work with.
