Indeed a ales cea mai utilă evaluareOameni faini in general insa nu au pozitionate in companie anumite joburi, asta face grea comunicarea si este mereu nevoie de o noua sedinta pentru a discuta ce s-a discutat in vechea sedinta..and so on.
Ca si companie e foarte ok, salariile mici in comparatie cu corporatiile de top din Cluj, posibilitatea de avansare nu am putut s o evaluez, munca efectiva este udoara.

Very relaxed atmosphere, some times of the year can be a bit harder depending on the work volume. Would recommend.Great to learn about hardware development but also about manufacturing and how to develop with it in mind.

Good place especially for beginners

It was a great place for me to work for 2,5 years.Great communication and support from the managers, also they succeeded to make us feel like we are not just some numbers.

Sa fii evaluat pe baza experientei tale si nu a recomandarii de la fostul job deoarece este subiectiva!Sa fi evaluat pe baza a ceea ce stii nu ca esti prieten cu unul sau altul.Sa se ofere KT sau training corect si fair!

team leader does not care for you, group leader is there to destroy you and give you stress, management does not exist, payroll is very very low most of people they work there they just coming to punch in, no work is donei do not recommend they will make you cry

Ar fi cazul sa se gate cu aerele de vip pe care unii o afiseaza,si mai mult de atat sa li se atraga atentia unora ca daca au ajuns in posturi de conducere nu pot fi intangibili,si mai ales sf de sch ca nu pot fii ei buricul Boschului,un pic mai mult respect celor care chiar muncesc in Bosch si care nu sunt retribuiti la adevarata lor valoare

A lot of young people, some open and friendly and some a bit stiff.
If you do you job proper nobody will have anything bad to say, you have a lot of liberty to do you job and make your own best decisions.
Overall it is a good place to work.

L'entreprise Robert BOSCH promet des valeurs comme beaucoup d'autres.
Il s'avère, dans le cas de BOSCH, que ces valeurs sont VRAIMENT à la base des produit crées mais aussi des conditions de travail au bureau. Les équipes sont dynamiques, l'ambience est détendue, les possibilité de développement personnel sont mises en valeur et les feedback sont nombreux.
Le management des équipes roumaine inspire la confiance. Vraiment une bonne expérience.

De nombreux avantages en nature comme le transport gratuit, les ticket restaurant, les services de santé...
Contra
Le salaire est adapté à la Roumanie, il est donc bas au niveau européen
