Okay to get foot into the door

Contract with the company which was fine at times but stressful. However contract kinda stinks to where you have no PTO . When contract was updated to an extended contract, did not get chance for PTO.

Hostile work environment

There was a lot of tension and issues within the workspace. I only left because they weren’t honoring my agreement that I only work day shift which I made sure to negotiate during the interview.

Stressful and unfulfilling

What is the best part of working at the company? The ability to work from home. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? The most stressful thing is that they are a temp agency. When the contract ends, you're not guaranteed another position.

Great Company but has some issues

Everyone is supportive and helpful. If you do well, your contract will get renewed. Pros -Rewards - Very team oriented Cons -The insurance isn't great if you're chronically ill -Lack of communication once you're no longer a part of their team.

A great company if you're just getting your food in the door for IT

What is the best part of working at the company? The flexibility you get with your schedule is very good, and communication is very clear. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Shift bids, the better you're doing then the better your chance is to get the shift you want. It can be a little stressful but there are exceptions if needed.

No Issues

Working here was very easy and nice, I had no complaints about the company. I was here for a year and a half and left because no pay increase. Overall I worked 8-hour shifts, there was a time I forgot to input my time for pay and the helped fix it immediately.

Interesting and challenging work

I worked in IT with a large financial firm. My colleagues were very professional and talented. I mostly interacted with client side management but if I ever had HR or payroll questions with Apex they were always there to assist. By far, as a contractor, Apex is the best firm I have worked with and their salary is competitive.

It’s a good job to get your foot in the door. They have great hours and opportunities for OT. The job can be a bit stressful at times. But overall it’s ok.

Love it here, hours are nice, money is okay. Night shift are a plus, they are mostly chill and the customers are just as chill..........for the most part.

Typical Tech support Call center environment

Pros: team environment. Tier 2 and Tier 3 generally very supportive Cons: low pay, health insurance high premium makes it literally no use, no PTO, no sick leave pay, no holiday pay. Seniority is not valued here. No pay increase after years of hard work.

It’s all about the money. As ling as you make them money things will be fine. They will terminate you without a two weeks notice. Benefits are a joke. Health insurance options are ridiculously expensive.

Long hours

I worked with them on as a contractor for nmci. It was long hours. Overtime was mandatory and it extended for a majority of the year. They pay want worth the work. It’s a very demanding job. They were very rigid on the break schedule. If you were over by a minute or a second, your supervisor would email you asking for an explanation.

First contract job

This is my first contract job and it is difficult to review the employer because there are different clients that they work with. What I can say is that for the work that you do you feel like you are being underpaid and you dont feel valued as an employee. Benefits are such a joke. Cost for medical is an insult to your employees. Also no time off within the first year. Also advancement with the company doesnt even come with a pay raise. They want you to do more work and expect the same pay. They offered me $15/hour and I should have declined. Know your worth because thieving companies like this will take advantage of you.

Mediocre wages and poor benefits

Management was nice but the mediocre wages and terrible benefits package makes working for them feel like a temporary job until you find something else. No paid time off, no paid sick days, no paid holidays makes a full time job feel like a part time job

All the pitfalls of contracting

Predatory account managers, dishonest about pay, actively misleading. Will ghost you when you get the job, and will ghost you when you don't. Don't care about you. Just want their commission no matter how miserable you are.

It's a staffing agency

I was a contractor for another company through Apex. They offer benefits but that's about it. No paid holidays, PTO or sick time. My recruiter was great. He worked really hard to get me into a decent contract.

Call center for entry level tech support, low pay

Very low pay and the benefit. Medical insurance has no use. Very few chances of moving up. And even for tier 2, pay is still not good. Has a good training system though so it’s perfect for someone who is entry level.

Okay for a first job

If you're looking for an entry level IT job this is the company for the job. The job they give you definitely won't be pretty and the pay will likely be below average but you gotta make the most of it. Benefits? I don't recall getting benefits. A few years later I tried getting another job through them. I went through the whole process again with the interviews and questions (extremely basic questions by the way) and at the end, the staffer who was handling my resume said I was on short list of candidates for the job. So I waited 2 weeks and not a single response back from them. After emailing them a couple of times they finally emailed me back and said I did not make the cut. Kind of disappointing from a lack of communication. Luckily I found a much better job elsewhere.

Complains were rarely listened to. When hired to work from home proper equipment didn't arrive on time and took weeks to get what was needed. After a month manager stops contacting you unless you need them for something, no updates.
