Great opportunity, but constant grind

Indeed a ales cea mai utilă evaluareAbility to make a ton of money very quickly, and sustain it long term if that's what you want. You're running a full desk in terms of sales cycle, cold calling, managing accounts, and closing business. It's a lot for one person to handle but they pay very well.
Management was fantastic in my office, and they try to promote internally to other areas when they can and when people really want it.

Fun place to work, little room for growth

Amazing company culture- lots of autonomy over your desk, however little room for growth in sales. The Portland market is tapped, especially in term IT staffing. Very hard to be successful as an AM if you haven't been there for 5+ years. Recruiting is great there.

Great Training & Development

Lots of trainings, great coworkers, but the job is not for someone who wants to clock out at 5. Any successful AM will work outside of business hours. There are favorite employees and rewards aren't always based on performance.

Great Office Culture and High-Reward Opportunity

Management is excellent and they are definitely not "micromanagers," but lead and truly want you to succeed. The culture in this office is also second to none and I think it's the glue that creates a fun and successful environment for everyone. You MUST be willing to work hard, stick to the process, have patience, and it will pay off.

Great company

I enjoy working for Apex and I would choose to work for them again and again without hesitation. For my sanity sake, once a job causes me too much unnecessary stress, I know it is time to find a new job. I have yet to feel that way about Apex because they know how to treat their employees like people and not just another employee ID number. They do their best to work with you and your scheduling needs because they understand that life is happening to all of us and we all deserve patience and grace. They don't micromanage you because they know and accept that we are adults who are capable of doing our jobs without needing constant surveillance. The contracts pay well and the work is not difficult if you pay attention in training and are good at making informed judgement calls. I recommend everyone I know to apply to Apex because their business model is one that will keep them in the lead for employment services long term due to how they make sure that EVERYONE feels valued regardless of their position in the company.

It was okay, weekly pay, good management. training sucked, they have virtual trainers that have only one perspective and just want you to sell sell sell instead of actually build relationships

Good money potential, poor management

Fraternity workplace feel with uninvolved management. A lot of workplace drama and coworkers sleeping with each other. Many young people, which is good if you’re looking for that. Good money if you get lucky with accounts. If you don’t plan in staying in staffing, I’d look elsewhere.

Micromanagement and stressful start

You are sold on the money that could possibly be made but soon find out that type of money is very rare. The company will do anything to gain an advantage.

Great place to work

We have great managers that are willing to go the extra mile to help you achieve your goals! Luck is half the part when you get assigned your accounts in terms of hitting your goals. Support staff could use some work. They sometimes make the job frustrating.

Hard to get started but great place to be with great people!

Apex has a great culture with really great leaders. Once getting into sales you realize that it staffing are the car salesmen of the it world. So getting used to that outlook is an adjustment, it’s hard but apex helps you as much as possible What you put in is what you get out, you have to work extremely hard to be successful

flexibility in work/ life paid lunches

Apex is a legit company however I think the Denver office would be a better environment than the Springs office. Management goes from each office and i didnt feel I had the best support I needed to succeed. Training is a sink or swim situation.

Good 1st sales job

Great pay & onboarding. You have to complete a 10 week training program then you’re off to sell to your accounts. This job is truly sales - cold calling, blind invites, and etc.

Work life balance is great. Schedule can be flexible. Pay is horrible unless you are one of the few top performers. Base pay is low and commissions are low for a long time. Once you get high enough the money grows but seems impossible to get there. Needs a bigger base pay.

Good experience

Can make a lot of money if you have a good account plan. I was fortunate enough to have a good one so I succeeded. Overall, I had a good experience with this company and would recommend it to anyone who isn’t sure what they want to do.

Apex is a great starting job but comes with a lack of support. This position is really sink or swim. They give you a little bit of training and expect you to be able to go out there and compete with people who have 15+ years experience.

A ‘what have you done for me lately’ type of environment. Management offers zero value - they are simply box checkers. Lots of gossip. Lots of micro managing. Miserable work environment.
