Indeed a ales cea mai utilă evaluareGreat company to work for, I enjoy my job. Benefits are average, and the company culture is decent as well. If there is one company i would rate poorly, it would be Indeed for forcing me to write a review just to see how my co workers feel about our company. That policy actually negatively effects the integrity of the employer ratings on the site. but ASH deserved 4-5 stars from me, and they are a good company to work for, with some pretty good opportunities for advancement.

At first, I thought that working for this company would be interesting. It was a total of almost three months of training before getting on to the floor. However, after that training, I soon learned that this place is toxic. They will hold mistakes you make on calls during training against you even though they say they won't. The training is actually lackluster for the situations that arise in calls once you are out of training. The policies are strict and they are not empathetic to any emergencies you may have that require you to take off, even if you provide proof such as a doctor's note. Upper management pretends to care but the tones from their communications show otherwise. Etc. I would not recommend anyone work here. As soon as I find something better, I'm gone.

They treat seasonal employees like dirt. Very all over the place! I understand I signed up for a seasonal position which means it can end at anytime. I also understand no health benefits considering it’s a temporary position. However they did confirm the schedule is full time (80 hours). So why is it that we weren’t eligible to be paid when the business is CLOSED for the holidays. They have a half day the day before thanksgiving, closed thanksgiving & Black Friday…. That’s 2 1/2 days of no pay. HR lacks integrity

When I applied for this job, I applied for a full time position. They sent me an offer for a full time position, and then after I accepted, they contacted me to let me know that they made a mistake and that they only had seasonal positions available. "It's the exact same, but without benefits." I said okay, since being paid was better than not being paid. Two weeks out of training, they pulled the entire seasonal team off the queues and into a call to let us know that all of our positions were being terminated, effective in three days. We had the opportunity to transition to a different seasonal position in the company, which would have two weeks of training, but there was no guarantee that we'd be kept in that role either. We were also told that we weren't allowed to apply for full-time positions until January, and could not guarantee that folks who had since earned a pay raise would keep or lose that raise. They gave us 5 hours to make this decision. The whole meeting, HR management was smiling and presenting this like it was a minor inconvenience at worst and an exciting opportunity at best. It was extremely disrespectful. ASH does not care for their employees—especially seasonal workers. They went above and beyond to make that clear. If you can hold on and find a job elsewhere, it's worth waiting to find someone who will actually keep you employed.

Bad recruiting and lack of integrity

Stay far away from this company. I had a friend apply for a role that he/she was qualified for. They sent a rejection letter then hurried up and took the position down to avoid interviewing the candidate. After being here for years this is typical behavior from this company. This role wasn’t even filled. They will wait till they find a buddy of theirs to hire. Bad bad bad bad

Our customer service teams now work remotely from home and employees are fully equipped with computers, screens, headsets, and other equipment. ● Alot of information to learn ● Poor pay and evaluations are weekly ●Evaluations determine your raise and if you keep your job ● They have a lot of technical issues. ● HR is a joke here ● Most agents never make it through training ● Work from home is good but they expect you to stick to your schedule and chastise you for taking your entire break if your call goes into your breaks. ● Don't work here!

I have been there for 4 months, I can say I enjoyed this job for the most part, but when you need to use the bathroom or anything they will be on you so terribly bad it’s unreal, but not hardly there for answers when you need them, you get yelled at for needing answers if it’s no one available in assist line u can’t call res q, it’s just a lot going on… I go to work feel so uneasy, I never felt this before and I really wish I had some support and not in blind so much.

Corporate company with no room for growth

A typical day at work is stressful. You must make a certain number of calls per day and if you do you are not recognized for your work. The only time you will hear feedback is if it's negative. They micromanage tasks that are easily doable and require no assistance whereas instances where you need management's support are ignored or overlooked. The recruitment job woos you with opportunities for increased earnings but then they create systems and "manager's discretion" to find every reason possible to make sure you don't receive the incentive. The entire workplace culture is full of nepotism. Competent, qualified, high achievers are stifled and forced to seek opportunities for growth elsewhere and minions are promoted. Not at all what I expected. Very disappointing.

Great work culture
In my department the culture is fantastic. They promote from within and make great effort to show appreciation for their employees. I think their pay is a bit lower than I would like overall but the culture truly does make up for that.

A job working from home

This is a great opportunity to work from home. If you can make it through the call grading you can be promoted fairly quickly. I would probably retire from ASH if there were some changes made to the quality/ grading system in place. If you are ALWAYS cheerful and energetic this is the place for you. If you are nearly Perfect this is the place for you. There is little margin for human error or human nature.

Management is not micromanaging

I enjoy working for ASH. I work for 3 months and left because I had to help my husband with his business. I then decided to come back because it was easy and the Supervisor was cool. My now Manager is cool too. He advised me what needs to be done and let me work on it on my own. No micromanaging. Plus, it's working from home so that's a bonus as I have kids at home. I can cook on my break anytime with going anywhere.

I really believed in the product I worked with

The position was only seasonal, and had I been hired on, I would probably have stayed. It was a relatively easy job that gave me satisfaction when I was able to help the customer. The only issue was there was little to no feedback in regards to my performance. My supervisor was seasonal as well, and disappeared about a week and half before my assignment ended. Also, my assignment ended THREE DAYS after they told me...little notification. Otherwise, the position itself was very enjoyable.
